I ordered from that website summer hat. It took forever for the product to be shipped, but it was never delivered to me. I tried to connect with customer service, sent them video proof that the package was never delivered, but they still never returned my money. Would not recommend using those websites

The only positives were the items (4 hats) were delivered. The items themselves were poor quality and too large. I tried returning them but after 4 emails they still did not provide me with a return address instead offering me a small amount of money and telling me returns were too expensive. All the replies felt preformed as if they follow an algorithm to deal with numerous complaints. Avoid these guys. FYI the same hats were on TEMU at a 1/4 the price (I purchased one to confirm).

The item does not work as described. It does not heat hair for straightening.

Bought this brush for my daughter who is autistic and has sensory issues I’ve bought so many different types of brushes for her but none that she seemed to like or it hurt way too much so I wanted to try something a little different and she loves it and I love the face that the steam comes out when brushing makes it so easier

My package was stuffed in my letterbox and is damaged the box is extremely damaged
Whom ever delivered it should be SACKED
And I have photos to prove this if required 😡😡

Quality control is also poor, one of the sunglasses is missing a screw.

The advertisement was inaccurate because it doesn’t really smooth my hair like in the ad

This does not Work at all. Very poor product. I love to return, I know they will only give me a full refund. They will only give a portion of the cost.

I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. If you don't like what you've ordered, you have a hell of a time getting your money back, they only want to give you $3 on a $25. Item. And I'm going to turn them into the BBB.

I ordered a flat cap that was supposed to be hand embroidered and adjustable. Shipping was taking a long time so I emailed them and received a scripted response and a link to follow tracking. Here was my first clue that this may become an issue. The email contained a tracking link to a PORN site!!!! I emailed again to ask what is going on? Again not one word was about my link being sent. They just fixed the link.
Later I discovered they charged my account $10 more that my receipt. This is the only thing they did right and refunded the overage.

Once I received my flat cap order I realized the product description and quality didn't match up to their claims. Hat was sent in a plastic bag and completely crushed, so their was no style of a flat cap, just a FLAT felt mess. The hat itself is huge, with a two-finger gap on each side. They claim to offer a 30-day refund, but after emailing them multiple times, the best they can do is refund me $3. I could go on, but your take away should avoid this vendor by all means.

Brush does not work. I charged it and the sprayer or mist does not work

The product is as expected, but I ordered 2 of them and only received 1.

Was keeped upto date via email as my purchase was being transported from America to Australia. The product i have mixed feeling about as its not responding as good as advertised.

Defective and Non-Functional Product Delivered –
My Refund Request Was Not Properly Addressed. On June 9, I purchased the product called “Electric Steaming Massage Hair Care Brush” from the website voguelegant.com. My order number is 37266M139255. The product was delivered approximately one month later. However, when I tried to use it for the first time, I noticed that the brush did not heat up at all. Although the steam function was working, the heating function, which is essential for straightening hair, was not functioning. As a result, the product does not work as intended and is essentially unusable. To document the issue, I recorded a video showing that the product was not functioning properly and sent it to customer service. I also requested that the return process be initiated. Instead of resolving the issue and arranging a refund, the company offered me only a $4 USD refund and asked me to consider the matter closed. It is unacceptable that a product I purchased for $33 USD does not work and that my refund request has not been properly addressed. Furthermore, offering such a small partial refund demonstrates that my legitimate concern as a consumer has not been taken seriously. I would like to make it publicly known that the product is defective and non-functional, my refund request has been unfairly denied or ignored, the company’s offer of a $4 USD refund is not a reasonable solution to the problem, and other consumers may also experience similar issues with this product or seller.
