I ordered 3 pairs of contacts back on April 4th....I contacted the support email numerous times for an update on when my contacts would arriving. They only responded once in May that they were having delays in orders.. so in June I contacted them. Early July and just a couple days ago for an update on their arrival. They quickly took my payment but can't respond to my emails...horrible customer service and now their website is down so I have a feeling they won't be fulfilling my order anytime soon or returning my money...I've ordered from them twice before and had no problem just had to wait 4 to 6 weeks to get my stuff but 4 months is unacceptable...

I place an order of two pairs lenses in April 21 2022, and I haven’t get them yet almost three months. The management haven’t address my issue yet. Do not order anything from this business they are not worth the time and money.

I place and order last year it took over 2 months to get here and when it arrived two of the three pairs of the contacts i ordered were ripped! I emailed them with pictures of the ripped pair they said they were gonna send me replacements [bare in mind this was in July 2020 — and its now April 2021] still havent gotten my replacement pair. Been trying to email them back to back and they keep coming up with lame excuses everytime; blaming the delays on the shipping company, giving me tracking numbers that dont have packages associated with them. I even called the shipping company and they mentioned that the package wasnt even handed off to them. They dont reply to emails either.

Voioc has the absolute worse customer service ever! All my previous orders were going well, but the one time something went wrong, I was not expecting the response I received. There is only one person you can be in contact with - and the number on their website is someone else's phone number (who is filing a complaint), you can only email, and the person argued with me after I sent dozens of photos to prove I'd received the much cheaper blue contact lenses when I paid full price for green and refused to fix the problem, telling me I was mistaken and I got what I ordered because he or she checked with shipping - even with the photos showing the lenses out of the shipping package. He/she insisted that I was confused about their new version of Ice Green which is now really blue, when the website clearly shows green. Either false advertising or a total rip off!

So I found a way to beat them back. If you receive an order that is months late and you paid expedited shipping or you receive your order and the free lenses are not in it or you receive an order and they send you the run contact lenses for they short you the amount of lenses or they send you infected lenses, and you open a dispute with PayPal you're going to learn real quick how that works out. This con group is figure it out the loopholes in workarounds to import illegal an FDA-approved prescription contact lenses. I believe the woman on the Facebook page who shows as a team member for the company is affiliated with the gentleman Dimitri melnick who was arrested a few years ago in the biggest online scam colored contact lens bust almost the same deal they portray their US base company then they send you contact lenses from China. So the interesting thing about the situation is that female lists her high School as Las Vegas high school and apparently she atended it for 8 years. Around the same time that Dimitri and the colored candy contact game was working. Quite a coincidence don't you think? Then she goes on to state that her she's an employee at some shoe company but if you click on the link to the shoe company it's a fake site and the only person who's commented on it is some Nike sales guy who says I import shoes and clothes from China LOL everything else is fake. I did a background search on her name and an expensive one in every state in the United States and she is not listed there is someone with the same name who is a major math history genius. she also States our current location is in New York New York if you do a reverse search for all the phone numbers that the company list and their affiliates like ifoy the area codes all Trace back to New Jersey and New York. And the same names come I think maybe they are paying people at those two house addresses the one that they actually list as their business name on their site and about us they actually put the street address not a business name or anything else I think they're just paying people to use the address where these people are just oblivious to it happening. Because I checked with Virginia and Tennessee Secretary of State business records search and to see if they had any contact lenses registered with the FDA that were regulated to be imported. So they're not only importing possibly counterfeit lenses and unregulated ones which is completely illegal to import into the United States they also do not ask or verify for prescriptions. That would be fine if they were located and stated their headquarters as China but they don't. So now do the fun part because as you know PayPal wrote instantly ask you if you received the item you'll say yes and then Cindy or whatever her name is will submit a copy of your invoice what you purchased and if you get past that point PayPal kind of drops the ball. They don't really delve into the hole oh you only got so many items oh your items were substandard oh you didn't get it in time though they lied to you they really don't pursue that they just keep circling back to have you contacted the seller have you blah blah blah but you don't we all know you're just going to get the same stupid emails from Cindy going did you get the tracking number did you receive the item I'm starting to think Cindy is an artificial intelligent but that runs for the site.

Since they both just stick to the facts yes they shipped you something and yes you received it and what you say you got them what they say they shipped is really up to whoever PayPal assigned to your case and decides to believe. So here is a bulletproof way of skipping all the hassle if you don't get what you ordered make sure make sure make sure and make sure to keep a copy of your box that you got it in and then take pictures of the mailing label including the tracking number and their declaration of import item meaning there is a form that voiic fills out stating what is listed in the shipment and what the value is. It should State all of your contact lenses and descriptions and the prices that you paid. But since they are doing it illegally I suspect I looked at my box today because I couldn't believe I had to send it back to China. So low and behold they screwed up under the description for my six pairs they wrote glasses case one pair value US $15. so there you go they stated in their own writing that they shipped you something you did not order because I didn't order a glass case and the value of it stating they only sent you $15 worth of merchandise. and it's tracked right to the tracking number that they keep insisting on did you receive it KC you keep it pretty simple and say I did not order a glass case, since I paid for expedited shipping and you can tell by the label its regular USPS mail I am do a full refund. You have my order invoice they provided and you see what they sent. WIN4US

If I could give negative stars I would. I got ripped off and paid $60 for contact lenses

It is fake and they do not deliver anything ! The customer service is horrible and they are liars. Please do not waste your money. It’s better to invest in something you’re actually going to receive even if it’s more expensive rather than throw money and wait for something that will never arrive. Scammers. Worst website ever ! I keep asking for refund and they ignore me

Where do I start? I feel like a complete moron for thinking all the great ads for Voioc on Facebook were genuine - should have checked here before ordering. Well 250+ dollars and months later after making a paypal threat I got my contacts... all 5 pairs of them (ordered 11). Not once was I told they were "out of stock" for the other 6 pairs (really? out of stock for over 4 months?) until I complained. I would of cancelled the order and gone with Pinky Paradsise had I been given the option. Oh and did I mention 2 of the pairs have the wrong prescription strength - so those are useless. Started a dispute claim with Paypal even provided pictures of me unboxing the order with a witness statement, as they claimed the order was short 1 pair but they will provide a full refund if I return all 10 pairs unopened and pay for return shipping. They seem to lie like a used car salesmen (actually much worse) and agree with the other reviewer they will lie and say they didn't get shipment or it was empty or damaged - even if you video the return packing process and the entire trip to postal office - I promise you paypal will ignore all the evidence you submit and just handle disputes in a quick form method - so if you have a problem like mine and other reviewers your screwed. Would like more info on this business so I can sue them or close down their offices in the US.

Like everyone else I got duped and scammed out of over a hundred dollars. Months later got my order with only half of the pairs and one pair came empty with nothing in it. Why is Paypal allowing their business to continue?

Dont order from them. They took my payment in april for 3 pairs and the tracking shows it never left China since may. I have emailed numerous times for them to reship or refund and they blame it on covid and wont refund me. They are taking people's orders from usa knowing it's not coming in. They even know I'm on my last pair and they are prescription. U take my money and dont resend. Go to pinky's paradise they loyal in China. Highly upset because I've never had this problem with them and I've been a loyal customer for 2yrs.

I ordered one pair of eye color Contacts and it’s been almost 4 months and I still haven’t gotta my package. Every time I email customer service on why my package is taking forever to be shipped out they blame it on COVID-19. But it does not take 4 months.

They refuse to refund me, and they’re BS!! Do not buy from here. They will scam you!! I went ahead and got a new pair from eBay!! I do NOT recommend this site for anyone

MAKE A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL FOR REFUND

Ordered THREE pairs back in mid April. made a fuss with PayPal 2 weeks ago and thry finAlly sent a package (almost TWO months later) here's the CATCH- I paid for THREE pairs and only received ONE. I keep asking for a refund for my other 2 pairs, and they refuse to give it to me and just keep taking menin circles from all of me replies and providing me with the same tracking number for the package with only ONE pair thst already came!! I'm pretty sure I'll mever re feove my other 2 pairs!! they're scam artists and will steal your money! buy elsewhere!!

It is not even a 1 but I couldn't write a REVIEW DONT ORDER FROM HERE IT HAS BEEN THREE MONTHS AND I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY ORDER! THEY KEEP USING THE EXCUSE COVID BUT I HAVE HAD OTHER THINGS FROM CHINA. THIS IS A BIGGGGGGG RIP OFF.

WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. if you’re thinking of purchasing contacts, TRY A DIFFERENT WEBSITE. i ordered contacts back in late march, they were shipped out on april 7th, and didn’t get delivered until today, june 3. NEARLY TWO FULL MONTHS. when i asked why the logistics weren’t updating, they said they don’t know and have no control over it. i ordered packages internationally during this pandemic and they all arrived within no longer than 1 1/2 weeks. i kept emailing the company asking what was going on, and they kept BS’ing with me for a month straight. it wasn’t until i told them i opened up a paypal case with them that they said they’ll urge the shipping company to hurry up. the contacts look unnatural and not like what was pictured on the website. they also forgot a whole pair of contacts from my order. if you’re looking for a reliable place to get contacts, try lens.me . they actually shipped fast and look good. DONT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY.

Ordered April 17th still have not received anything and its now June. Emailed them and they are refusing to refund my money. There response is so vague and not helpful in anyway.

Ordered a pair of lens more than 2 months ago! Still been waiting for the package! It was recommended by a good friend. Wish i did not try it! Horrible customer service! I asked to refund my money because of delayed shipping. They did not even reply to that email!!!! Such a wastage of money. Don't buy from them... i will never again!

Just horrible! I ordered from them on april 18th 2020 and finally recieved them yesterday may 30th 2020. I was excited to finally try them out and they felt so uncomfortable. They irritated my eyes so much. I've been wearing contacts since I was 17 but I do not recommend these.

I ordered a 2 pairs on March 19? Something like that paid for 2 day shipping. My total was just over $100! They did refund my $30 for express Shipping but I have contacted them for the past 2 months in regards to my package and I still have not received it. They keep telling me That they appreciate my patience they have sent me a tracking number but every time I try to track my package I cannot find it. I have ordered from this company a few times my orders do you usually take a couple of weeks to come but I have spent over $200 I am not getting any answers on where my packages I am so upset.
