The team at Voltix were great from start to finish. We are on our first EV and charger, Voltix were ready and and more than happy to answer all my questions and queries often going more in depth than just the EV charger. On the purchase and install, couldn't ask for better. Competitively priced, on time and install was completed to the highest standard with no mess left behind. Would highly recommend this company.

From the initial enquiry the process was easy with good communication. On the day of installation Barry was great, explained what he had to do and later key features of the charger. Installation is very tidy. I am very happy with my new charger. Highly recommended.

Prompt response from Voltix with quote and any questions I had. They have a good range of chargers to choose from. Engineer turned up on time and was knowledgeable about his product, worked in a clean and tidy manner removing all debris. Answered question regarding the charger and assisted with the App set up.

Only minor blip was the fact that I was installing the cable for them and while I expected to pay for the external cable which was fine I queried the quote for supply and installation of 10m of electrical cable as this was not being installed by them. I was told this was an industry standard and was included in all quotes. Maybe something to look at.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Voltix to anyone looking for a EV charger installation.

Excellent service from start to finish. The installation of our EV charger was completed professionally without any fuss. The standard of workmanship was excellent and our installer made sure to clean up after himself and took the time to talk us through the operation of the charger and confirm we were happy before he left us to it. Would highly recommend this company.

The quoting process was really quick, they dealt with my queries courteously and we managed to get an install done in a timely manner.

Installer Barry was great on the day - took me through all the options for the install and provided guidance on best practice. He then took me through all of the onboarding for the use of the charger in an easy to understand way that left me feeling confident in using my new charger.
