Voltzzflow is the operating system for small and medium service businesses that work with clients: agencies, consultants, freelancers, and small teams who need to manage clients, projects, and invoices without juggling ten separate tools. Everything lives in one place. Each client gets a dedicated portal where they can see their own projects, invoices, and documents, so your team spends less time answering "what's the status?" emails. Projects break down into tasks with custom statuses and deadlines. Issues reported by clients come with photo and video proof, so nothing gets lost in a chat thread. Invoicing runs through a native Oblio integration, so invoices can be issued individually, scheduled, or set up to repeat automatically, with duplicate protection built in. Contracts and documents can be signed digitally with cryptographic PAdES signatures, placed directly on the PDF with a click, no printing or scanning required. For teams, role-based permissions keep access limited to what each person actually needs, with a full audit log of sensitive actions. A built-in AI assistant can answer questions about your business data (unpaid invoices, upcoming appointments, storage usage) and always asks for confirmation before making any change. Voltzzflow is built and hosted in the EU, with GDPR-first data handling from day one. Unlike many SaaS tools that lock your data into a proprietary format, Voltzzflow lets you export your clients, projects, and invoices to CSV at any time, directly from Settings, no support ticket required. The Free plan includes up to 10 people and 5 GB of storage, with no credit card required to start. Voltzzflow is for teams who are done tracking clients in spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups, and want one clear system instead.Mehr ansehen
