We have been looking for a heater for some time, we could not be more delighted with our new heater. It's lovely looking, the heat is perfect just the right size, we would highly recommened.

This is a great product, the cool air fan speed is excellent. Its compact design makes it ideal for smaller rooms - it takes up much less floor space than the Dyson equivalent (it’s more powerful too). I would 100% recommend.

Machine constructed well and feels like quality. I bought this machine for my wife for it's alkaline water benefits. I use it all of the time for my drinks whether hot or room temp, it's a great machine.

Simple to order from the website, fan heater/cooler came very promptly. It’s a gift, so we tested it but it hasn’t been used extensively yet - the reviews were all very complimentary so we expect no issues. It looks very stylish too,

I bought the Vortex Air mainly for year-round use and I’m genuinely impressed. On the cooling side, it does a great job — smooth airflow, plenty of settings, and it’s ideal for keeping a room comfortable without that harsh “fan blast”.

But the heating mode is where it really shines. It can warm a room up in a matter of minutes, and it feels like the heat spreads evenly rather than just blowing warm air in one direction. If you want something that takes the chill off fast (or makes a room properly cosy), it absolutely delivers.

Overall, it’s a brilliant hot + cool unit and a solid alternative to much more expensive options, especially if you want quick heat and decent cooling in one device.

Excellent value for money . I would highly recommend this product. It warms my room within 2 minutes . The remote is very handy you can operate the fan with a fingertip. Delivery arrived 2 days after placing my order , well packaged as well. My only mistake was that I should have ordered 2 at the time .

Happy with the fan. Have the desktop halo one but could not work out how to do the timer. Nothing on fan with led on to show, tried remote but with out a led on fan not sure how to set it. Fan looks amazing though l.
