Best customer service ever!!
I want to start off by saying the actual frame is really pretty…simple, like I wanted. I must not have read the listing close enough because they used plexiglass…not glass. I was pretty disappointed—had I known that I would have thought twice before purchasing the trio and for the price I assumed, of course, that they would use more quality components. That being said, Vossington contacted me, explained the issue, and bent over backwards to make my purchase a positive experience. In the future, I will be sure to read the frames’ descriptions more closely before purchasing but I will definitely buy from them again. A++

Hi Courtney,
We are actually not using plexiglass, but acrylic glass which is more expensive than real glass. It's also 99% UV-resistent. Unfortunately real glass tends to break when buying and shipping products online. There is information about the glass where you buy the frames. Please get in touch with support at Vossington,com and let us know if there is anything we can do to make you fully satisfied or otherwise we will help you with a return, since we have a 100-day risk free return policy.
I received the frames weeks late for…
I received the frames weeks late for some reason (Ups?) but I love them. It would be nice to have a different method of hanging tho. Thanks. I do like them.

I ordered one frame
I ordered one frame, it was the wrong one when delivered. They sent a replacement and it was the wrong one again. The labels on them are right but they are the wrong color! I wanted white, these are copper like. I don’t think it’s Amazon’s fault. You guys are putting the wrong labels on them. Amazon is scanning them and the label is right so they don’t check. I emailed the person at Vossington yesterday and have not heard back. So frustrated!

Showed up cracked in every corner
Showed up cracked in every corner, no packing in the box just a loose frame. All the metal corners were broken or bent, and the clips that hold the content in the frame aren’t even long enough to reach the edges. When I tried to get a new one they were out of stock but Vossington did refund me!

Sorry to hear about the damaged frame, unfortunately frames are sometimes damaged in shipping. We are now taking steps to increase the protective padding around the frames. We are currently running low on some of our sizes, but they will be restocked.

I have purchased frames from Vossington…
I have purchased frames from Vossington before. This is my 3 rd purchase and the only time I have been disappointed. The frames is beautiful wood but one of the corners has a gap.
There is no way to push or “close” the corner (gap). Not sure if I’ll keep it.

High quality frame
High quality frame, looks great. Color wasn't quite right for my print so I initiated a return and was offered a 50% refund to keep the frame instead. I took the return since it's a nice frame that I'll find another use for.
