Clean comfortable excellent waiter service, Im a vegan and they catered for me, my partner eats meat, and he was well catered for, The food was very good and reasonably priced, this is my go to On a sunday eve

I am sad they seem to have closed, I never had any problems and they always refunded fast when the items did not arrive by the time they said. I did notice however that since covid the variety of item was a lot less and I started using Joom, I have also had no problem with them.

What is happening with vova it won't let me on site keeps saying sign in then nothing

I order and their website is down don't know what to do and my goods is late already

Apparently Vova has been closed, there’s no way of contacting them by emails or anything else so what you can do is to get refunded from paypal or at least I’ve read like that somewhere and you have 6 month to get your refund.

Vova app is not working anymore! I tried to switch my phone off, delete and reinstall the app but is not working anything. Can someone help me with this please? I ordered 9 things before one month and I need to check at what point everything is…is it a sort of bug or something? Why does The App not working anymore? This is really bad! When I purchased these items I didn’t even have an email of confirmation and they took the money with PayPal from my bank account. And i know that they accepted the payment, but I am not sure that they shipped the items or not

Takes your money, does not send out items and then fails to give money back. Please do not use or you will lose your money...

They stole my money. I've purchased from vova for a few years and the service was good. But my last order was cancelled and I did not receive my refund. I have checked my online banking. I have contacted vova by email a few times and I am constantly ignored. I noticed a previous reviewer saying if vova recieves feedbacks that they dont like they report it as spam.Well i am a genuine customer and this is my order No: 0421cf09ec3d1bf7

Its a scam i bought 2 intem and theyvask to send them picture with my bank card , i refuse and i adk for refund but never got it
