I had a great experience getting a beautiful eternity band for my anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to get it to me last minute so I could have it in time. I get so many compliments on it!

I bought pavé huggie hoops and they are absolutely perfect. The diamonds are dainty but give great sparkle! Love them! The staff was friendly and enthusiastic.

Andrea was sooo helpful and made the ring buying process very easy!

Hospitality on point. I had to exchange a ring size for my life partner. Since it was time sensitive (anniversary coming up) they rushed my return process so I could buy the correct ring size. They even gave me overnight shipping to ensure the correct size would arrive on time. Grateful for their customer service.

Well, I’d first like to say that we went to our appointment on a whim! Scheduled it last minute, also the first time we look at rings. And boy can I say the experience was AMAZING 🤩 Brent greeted us and his dazzling personality along with how he explained everything, made us feel welcomed and understood. We explained what we wanted, what we were looking for and he was able to work with the budget. The ring turned out GORGEOUS 🥹 everything I wanted and more!! The whole experience was incredible and can’t wait to go back and work with Brent again! Thank you so much to him and the team at VRAI 🩷

We had our appointment with Debbie at the Madrid store and she made the experience very special! She helped us handpick and customize the ring by engraving with a special date and shipping it to Portugal. 100% recommend it!!

Andrea was kind and helpful! After my fiancé bought my ring from VRAI online, I was able to get it resized with Andrea’s guidance. We also went in to pick our wedding bands and she presented us a lot of options and we were able to try on many styles without being rushed or pressured. We are so happy with our purchase and cannot wait to wear them!!

Absolutely amazing experience from designing, to ordering and to receiving the engagement ring. Better yet, the customer service has been exceptional. My wife’s ring needed cleaning and some work. Brent made our first ring shopping experience absolutely amazing! He explained everything from start to finish in detail and helped us work from settings and different diamond shapes to create the most amazing custom ring. I had such a great time looking for my perfect ring with some friends here. Brent was incredible - I had virtually no idea what I wanted and he was patient and thorough as he educated us on the different types of rings and suggested shapes and styles that might fit me, my personality, and my relationship best!

My partner and I chose The Signature V engagement ring and I love it. I've received so many compliments, especially about how sparkly the diamond is. I can't stop looking at it. The ring itself is sturdy and thicker than other gold rings I have. The band is actually quite wide so sticks out around the finger (just something to bear in mind). As a result the diamond and setting feel very secure.

Laura was very approachable and helpful throughout the process. She taught us about diamond gradings during the appointment so we felt confident choosing the right diamond when it came to ordering the ring. My one piece of advice would be to keep an eye on the time as our 1hour appointment flew by and the ring fitting was very rushed at the end. Make sure you leave time to do the ring fitting so you feel confident ordering the right size! I also had some concerns after reading negative reviews here but Laura took these seriously and was very reassuring. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience working with Sarah Marks at Vrai at the Yorkville showroom. She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful in finding the perfect gift for my wife. She was also very casual and pleasant to speak with (unlike many other experiences I've had) and offered her personal opinions which really helped solidify my decision. Highly recommend working with Sarah to find the perfect jewelry piece!

I called ahead to check the stock in the store, and she helped me to check all the items that I wanted to inquire about, and exactly remembered what I asked her when I visited the store later on in the day. She's pleasant to deal with and super efficient. Great experience.
