I had very high expectations for VULK, and unfortunately I ended up deeply disappointed.

I was genuinely excited about the possibility of creating an immersive 3D web experience with VULK. After several attempts, however, the results were essentially flat, conventional websites and nothing close to the immersive 3D experience I was trying to build.

In the end, Claude was able to build the experience for me, which makes the purchase particularly frustrating. On top of that, VULK does not offer refunds, even when the generation fails or does not deliver the functionality expected.

I sincerely hope VULK improves this. Creative developers are clearly waiting for a tool that can actually bridge AI with serious interactive 3D web development. The potential is there, but the current experience did not live up to the promise.

I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and solves these issues. I would genuinely like to see VULK become the tool I initially thought it could be.

Paid ~70€ for Pro to build a custom 3D application. Core feature (3D
Studio's image-to-3D generation) has been consistently returning a 500 Internal Server Error since 2. August 2026 — reproducible across two separate projects and multiple photos, not a one-off glitch. Separately, the AI agent repeatedly modified parts of the app I had explicitly told it not to touch — adding unrequested UI, and at one point appearing to rebuild sections of the project — even after I started prepending explicit "do not change anything beyond this request" instructions to every prompt.
Sent a detailed bug report by email on 2nd August 2026 with reproduction steps, request URLs, and console logs — no response. Also tried the in-app support chat — no response there either. Happy to share full technical details; I have console logs and network traces ready. At this point I'd like either a fix or a refund.

this is the one of the worst app builder i have ever used its just building its own shit and cant even follow some simple command pls dont your money on this piece of shit i am seriously so fustrated about the vulk

Scam! They offered 2500 crédits for 10€ as a trial .. After the trial they just took me 40€ (not mentionned anywhere) . I still had 1500 credits which the also took away from me . Plus only one 3d génération done. Other 3 ones i tried didn't change a thing , just consummed crédits . Plus, sent them a mail and messages and got absolutely no answer! Be careful with these guys. Total scam .

3,99€ as a trial, prompt kept not working while re-working it and trying differents models. i'd like to have a refund on this. thanks (there is an issue with your agents) otherwhise when it's very rarely working (i'm not lying) the job is really great. so sad we cannot keep going on

Didn't work and there is no support, no link to be able to contact the support, welcome to the new generation of companies :(

I’ve been testing Vulk with the Pro plan recently, and overall I’m genuinely impressed with the direction the platform is taking. Since it’s still an evolving project, I came across a few small issues, but nothing unexpected for a platform at this stage of development.

What stands out the most is the potential. The interface feels clean and modern, the idea behind the platform is strong, and you can tell the team is actively working on improvements. Even now, the experience already feels promising and enjoyable to use.

I think Vulk is still early in its journey, but it definitely feels like a platform worth watching. This project could become something really strong in the near future.

I’ve had a very positive experience using this AI-powered web app generator so far. The platform makes it incredibly easy to create web applications.

The navigation is pretty straightforward, and the pre-generated examples make it much easier to understand the platform’s capabilities. I also really liked the variety of AI models available and the flexibility to integrate with different services and tools.

I did notice a couple of small visual bugs, but they were minor and didn’t affect the functionality in any meaningful way.

Since the platform seems to still be under development, I’m looking forward to seeing those small issues polished over time for an impeccable experience. Overall, it’s already a very impressive project with a lot to offer.

My experience was based on the Pro plan.

This service appears to be fraudulent. I paid for the Pro plan, however the platform is completely non-functional. Every time I submit a prompt to build a project, the system redirects me to an error page stating “Something went wrong, try again.” This issue occurs consistently and without exception, making the core functionality unusable.

Repeated attempts yield the exact same result, with no explanation, no resolution, and no workaround. Despite paying for a premium subscription, I am unable to access or use the services advertised.

Additionally, there is no effective customer support. There has been no response, no technical assistance, and no acknowledgment of this critical issue. As a paying customer, this level of service is unacceptable.

I have paid for a product that does not work as described, and the lack of support only reinforces serious concerns about the legitimacy and reliability of this platform.

I purchased a 'Pro Membership' on Vulk.dev with high hopes, but it turned out to be a total disappointment. The product is absolutely not ready for the market; they are selling what feels like a raw alpha build as a finished product. Most of the promised features either don't work at all or are completely unstable.

Even worse, when I tried to reach support regarding these issues, I was met with dead silence. My emails are ignored, and there is absolutely no one to contact. I suspect I’m one of their first users, and unfortunately, we are being used as paying guinea pigs. Save your money and stay far away from this broken mess—it is a complete waste of time in its current state.
