Ordered 4 balls, waited for weeks for them. All fell apart within 2 hours of receipt. We have several dogs and although they weren’t rough with them, they did not last. Our one dog almost swallowed the plastic pieces holding it together. I requested a refund and was declined. I was offered one upscale ball (I ordered 4) and that was all. They claimed they lost money during the holiday season and that is the reason for no refund. Would never order again from them!!!

Waited 4 weeks for item to arrive. Gave it to my 14 yr old dog who is very weak and she shreddedit in less than 5 minutes

I ordered a snuffle ball on Dec 1, 2023. Today is Dec 22, 2023 and no package. Looking at previous reviews I see other people are in the same situation. This company is a fraud. Do not order from them! I am going to dispute the charges. I should have known not to buy it as it's coming from overseas (since the tracking shows it cleared customs).

Submitted order on 12/5/23, now 12/21/23, order never shipped. Emailed to cancel order and obtain refund, no response. Time to dispute credit card charge.

I placed and paid for an order 12/2/23 for 2 snuffle balls. Today, 12/18/23 I still have not received anything and last week I send an email requesting an update on my order and the email has gone unanswered. The only thing I can do now is dispute the charge.

Placed order Dec. 2. Took 7 days to ship. The tracking info looks fraudulent, package is "waiting." 6 more days later not a peep from WaggleHound and package still hasn't moved. I'm about to report this company.

I ordered the bed many weeks ago and I am unable to track it, no replies to emails, very bad customer service.

Winnies new basket has arrived , it's lovely and soft, she wasn't sure at first but she eventually got in it. Can't get her out of it in the morning now

We recently purchased a cosy nook bed for our extremely anxious dashound.......unfortunately Australia Post managed to loose the original order. The staff at Waggle Hound could not have been more helpful in providing tracking details and following up when we were advised of the loss.....we were immediately offered either a refund or another bed which arrived express 10 days later.
Waggle Hound were not responsible for the loss but made sure we were looked after and I cannot recomend them or the product highly enough and our Bentley loves his new bed..

I didn't receive my parcel. Waggle Hound went over and beyond to assist in helping me to get the parcel to me. Much appreciated.

What a great product. Our dog loves his new bed, keeps him settled at night and nice and toasty warm. Fast service, product arrived promptly. Would highly recommend this product and this company.

Same problem as most people!!I have sent them 6 emails and they have not answered me, It has terrible customer service, I made my purchase on Jun 10 and I haven't received anything I can't track my dogs new bed. They should stop investing in so much advertising on social media and provide a better service.

Love this bed. Even though it took 3 weeks to arrive and tracking info wasn’t great the customer service via email was excellent and they replied straight away. All of that pales in comparison to how great this bed is. So soft and fluffy my babies love it. I posted a photo of them on facebook

Same problem as most people. The emails they’ve sent have tacking numbers that can’t be tracked. Ordered on June 1st, it’s been almost 2 weeks and I can’t track where my dogs new bed is or how much longer it’s going to take. I’m all about supporting them but they’re taking forever to respond to emails and why does so many people have this tracking problem?

I have brought a waggle hound bed and it’s to small for my Tibetan I’ve asked for a refund and they replied to me and said they would give me a refund but they have not given me an address to send it back I have reached out to them twice and still waiting for the address could you please help as I’m a New Zealander and I had to ring my girlfriend to try and find the address or telephone number I’ve tried it can’t get through Regards Alison

No tracking information. Placed order over a week ago. Beware.

This is not a scam! This company contacted me and the delivery is on the way. And they worked hard with me to find my order. Sally was very kind and patient with me! Can’t wait for Hank to enjoy his bed!

Submitted my order over a week ago, and still don’t have a legit tracking number. The one they sent in the confirmation email doesn’t exist in their shipping companies database. Send my product or send my money back. Frauds.
