I could not access the videos and I informed them, requesting a refund. I got a 404 error message when I tried to access their refund policy page.I kept getting charged even after getting my credit card involved to dispute charges. Not what people should have to deal with if this is a reputable company!

I cancelled the day after I signed up for the BASIC one month program because I couldn't get to the music I wanted, just a bunch of training tips I didn't ask for. Then I get the $49 for the premium! It has contined to this day, several months, even though every month I call and they assure me they have cancelled and I will get a refund. Stay as far away from these scammers as possible! This is hundreds of dollars now, for nothing!

Avoid this company like the plague. Scam website. Signed up for a one off payment for unlimited access and have since found out they've been charging my credit card for several months without my knowledge. There was never any mention of ongoing charges and there is no way of contacting the company. I have tried filling out their contact form and emailing directly to the email address provided but have never received a response. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company.

I signed upfor this program thinking it would be great for my dogs, however, I suddenly got Monthly charges taken from my account. I contacted them at customer service asking why they didn't say upfront that there would be monthly fees, No answer! Finally I spoke to the "may I help you" and told them I wanted to cancel because of the monthly charges, they cancelled my account, but still no explanation as to why the monthly fees were not mentioned at the beginning. BEWARE!!!

As others have stated, Wagnific offers a basic set of "relaxing" music for dogs for an initial $19.95. Once the charge goes through and the initial transaction is complete they immediately offer an upgrade to their "Ultimate" music set and program for $49.95. Based on the wording of that second offer I believed it to be a one-time charge. Because of a serious health scare I did not check my CC statement until 3 months had passed and discovered an additional $49.95 charge in each month. I immediately went to the website and requested cancelation via their online contact support option and received an immediate response to theffect of "we'll get back to you in 24-48 hours". Which hasn't yet happened in over two weeks.

I too discovered that the account associated with my email (I won't say it is my account) has no subscription listed, no transaction history and no credit card shown. I contacted my CC company and challenged the charges. Approximately 10 days later I received a letter from the CC company with "documentation" from Wagnific about the "legitimacy" of the charges and their subscription policy. So apparently in the two weeks since I sent my message to them, they can respond to the CC company with "proof" but can't respond to my inquiry & request. At this point they've enriched themselves with an additional $150 of my money. This is clearly someone's "side hustle" with emphasis on the hustle part.

Helaas werd mijn hond er niet rustig van, maar vertrok uit de woonkamer om in de slaapkamer te gaan liggen. Ik betaalde een proefperiode van 7 dagen a 19 euro. Ik heb meteen opgezegd voor de anders automatische omzetting naar een jaarabonnement ad 79 euro. Tot mijn verbazing is het alsnog afgeschreven van mijn Paypalrekening, waar ik nu een schuld heb!!!!!

This co. is IMPOSSIBLE to work with! I tried to cancel, and was charged for 4 more months! When I FINALLY got an email I could reply to, I asked for 4 months’ refund. Of course, they refused! My only recourse is WARNING OTHERS!!!!

Wish I could give negative stars!! Ripped me off for $150!! I cancelled immediately after ordering the 19.95 try it. They cancel through text and then ask for the email proof that you cancelled!! 😡 I didn’t realize I had to screenshot shot the text for proof! Plus, they say they have a 30 day only refund policy so they will only refund one payment.

Geprobeerd dacht voor 19 euro is het het proberen waard. Deed helemaal niets voor mijn hond maar ja.
Vervolgens wordt er 49 euro van mijn rekening afgeschreven waar ik niets van af wist en als je probeert in te loggen dan staat er dat ik niet bekend ben. Hmmm wel geld maar geen account. Zeer vreemd nu maar zien hoe ik mijn geld ga terugkrijgen.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole! Registration for subscription does not work. When I complained that I'd never received the Ultimate access that I'd paid for they simply debited my card in full a 2nd time. I have requested a full refund but in view of what I subsequently read online I don't hold out much hope so have gone to my card issuer for redress.

CANT CANCEL
The user portal has no support, contact info, or anything. It does not even show what you have been invoiced, paid, or billed. NO HISTORICAL transactions. NO USER SUPPORT> only way to cancel is thru an email... which I had done before without response. Trying again after getting billed $49.00 for some POS dog music I Can find on Youtube.
I got rid of the app months ago, still getting billed 49.00 a month with no way to cancel POS.

i dont usually write reviews but damn. my husky was literally destroying everything in my apartment. couch, shoes, door frames, everything. ive spent so much money on trainers and nothing helped. been playing these sounds for 2 weeks and she just chills now when i leave??? like what??? idk what kind of magic this is but im not questioning it lol

I have cancelled this program several times on line and I keep getting billed for it. What do I have to do to have it cancelled and get my money returned?

This company is deceitful in how they advertise and operate. I made what I thought was a one-time purchase of $29.95A$. Within days they had taken two more payments of over $70 each and in the next month another $75. I am on a pension and would never intentionally agree to such an arrangement. I reached out via online chat with Ai because that seems the only way to contact them and after a week I have had no response. To say I’m angry is an understatement.

They could improve by cancelling my subscription when instructed to. Also refunding money taken after a cancellation.

okay so this is kinda weird to write a review about dog sounds but here we are lol. My pit mix Rocky has always been aggressive with other dogs on walks and its been a nightmare. like I would have to cross the street every time I saw another dog coming. started using this about a month ago, playing it in the morning before our walk. He's not perfect but he's SO much better. We can actually walk past other dogs now without him losing his mind. Still working on it but this has helped more than the 3 different trainers we hired. idk how it works but something is definitely different with him

0 stars. This company is a scam, ad on Facebook. You buy the 7-day reset and then in payment page, it asks if you want to upgrade to ultimate access, one time charge. No terms and conditions included at this step. You assume it is one-time charge since that is what it says. Nope, It is a charge every month until you notice the monthly charges and cancel. Who would spend $49 a month for music when family Spotify account less than $20. There are terms and conditions on their website, so it covers them when you file a claim with your credit card.

My puppy sleeps through the night now!!! She's only 4 months old and was waking up crying every 2 hours. I play the calming one before bed and she's out. LIFESAVER

So I have to say I was one of those people who thought this was going to be complete BS when my daughter sent me the link. I mean, playing sounds for your dog? Come on. But my chocolate lab Hershey has had separation anxiety since we got him as a puppy (he's 3 now) and we have literally tried EVERYTHING. Trainers, medications that made him a zombie, those thunder shirts, you name it. Nothing worked for more than a few days. My wife was at her wits end because Hershey would tear up the house every time we left. Anyway, I figured what the hell, it's cheaper than another useless trainer. Started playing it when we leave and honestly? It's working. Not overnight, took maybe 4 or 5 days before we noticed anything, but now he just goes to his bed when we leave. Came home yesterday and the house was exactly how we left it. First time in THREE YEARS. I still don't totally understand how it works but I don't really care at this point. If it keeps working I'll be a customer for life. Only giving 4 stars because I wish there was a longer free trial to test it out first, but overall very happy with the results so far.
