I recently bought a few items for my new puppy. A collar, lead and harness. I utterly adore them all but there is a major design flaw in the collars. There is no clasp on them. You have to spend ages grappling with a young pup whilst you thread the rather thick material through the D ring. This product would be 10/10 if it featured a clasp for easy removal and putting on dog.

I ordered thse for my 115 lb GSD who has very large paws. I ordered the XXL and they were too big, so I ordered the XL and they were too small. I love the concept of these boots, but they do not fit properly. My dog's carpal pad will not allow these boots to stay on or fit right and he just throws them off. My experience with customer service: they were responsive, but absolutely no help at all and cannot return them. Expensive mistake!

Don´t buy if you have doubts. If you have to return the item, you´ll lose 20-25%. This was an absolute ripoff experience. These are overrated products!!!

I recently purchased a leash and collar combo from Wagwear, but only received the collar. The product was clearly misrepresented in the description, which promised both items. When I reached out to customer service, I was disappointed by the lack of any apology or effort to correct the issue. They didn’t even update the misleading product description on the website. While their products might be stylish, the experience left me frustrated due to the poor service and false advertising. I expected much better from a brand like this.

Do not buy anything from this company . They have the worst customer service . I needed to make a return which was approved . In error they didn’t honor return but sent me a new pair unknown to me to the old address on my account where I no longer live . They now say since I didn’t send them ( the second pair) back they won’t refund me. They did receive the original pair back but I never received ( or requested ) the new pair so it’s impossible to send them back . The customer service rep Katherine is awful and the cause of the error. There are other companies that sell the same thing. Buy from someone more reputable .

They advertise that their shoes won’t fall off if sized properly, and put on properly. I made sure to follow the sizing guide carefully and watch the video tutorial on how to put the shoes on correctly. Despite this, my dog lost a shoe on the first walk. I contacted wagwear about the issue but they weren’t helpful. $50 down the drain for one wear.

This company needs a minus star rating CRAP service
I ordered some doggie shoes 6 weeks ago and received nothing to this date. I reached out numerous times with customer service inquiring about my order and I was assured that I would receive my items the next day NOT
This BS went on for weeks and still no shoes. I was told a manger would contact regarding mess NO CALL
Wagwear literally stole $100 from me
The telephone number listed on the website for help but it just goes to a boutique store and was no help whatsoever
