This sight is a complete scam sent numerous emails no reply starting a claim with PayPal

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!

Your goods will not arrive but you'll receive an email showing your order. Weeks later you'll receive another email apologising for the delay and offering a 10% off code as an apparent goodwill gesture to make you buy again despite not receiving the first order.
This company has also had multiple name changes, pearlzilla.com not directs to heloio.com. Previously it was something else.

Good reviews must be fake. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE. I've sent numerous emails and had no response and even the email addresses change.

Scammers!!! I want my refund!!!

This was my first experience ordering clothes on line, I have never received my items and requested a credit and have never received a response back. I ordered these items January 2019 and it now November 2019 and still can not get anyone to respond to me or follow up. It is a scam, do not every use.

Terrible service!
The item my mother ordered didn't fit her right, no one's fault, but as they instructed us we immediately sent it back to them with package tracking. 6 months later and about 20 email in our mutual correspondence, the refund was still not given as promised. This was before they changed their name from wakasia to pearlzill, to avoid all the bad reputation they rightfully got no doubt.

Complete fraud. Clothes were similar to klenexes sewed together. I spent an additional 23 dollars to ship them back to China. Four months later, they have not refunded me and are ignoring my emails. BEWARE

I should have read the reviews before.
Belong now to the complaining customer's group. Should not rely on pictures.

Not really standard size. sleeves are too short, or to big for the size, fabric bad quality...
Definitively too expensive for what you get.

Detta är riktigt dåligt kläderna ser bra ut, när dom sedan kommer ser dom för jävliga ut. Jag beställde str 38 på stövletter och fick str 35. Jag skickade tillbaka men det gick inte paketet kom tillbaka för dom hittade inte adressen och jag förlorade ca 1800 kronor men det är läropengar. Aldrig mer. Jag säger skicka inte efter om du inte vill kasta pengarna i sjön.

This shop is a scam. Tje clothes were if very bad quality so I returned them and never got a refund. Got the run around for 3 months. Send pictures , send return label, verify zip code in the return lable... all sorts if excuses. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP/VENDOR. SCAM

As there were good sales in this fashion website, I decided to make my first order in it. I bought a pair of jeans shorts, a T-shirt and a dress. The quality is good and the prices are worth It. The shopping worked fine. Definitively I loved the experience and I will make another order as soon as possible.

This company is a scam I never received my items. The email is not legit. Do not buy from this company I’ll be getting my bank to investigate for fraud. So angry and disappointed. And I’ve lost a lot of money purchasing nothing in USD

Because our holiday is almost here, me and my husband ordered from wakasia some clothes. They fix on me and the quality is very good. I bought two dresses and they look just like the images from the site. I love the good prices and I plan to buy some shoes and dresses again.

I ran into this store by mere chance and I am glad I did, I was looking for presents for my girlfriend (to help update her wardrobe) but since i was a bit short on money this (and another couple stores) came in fantastically.

The clothes are gorgeous and the quality is there, they fitted my girl friend just fine and the colors and seams appear to be solid. I am certain these pieces will last for a while a given the prices in the sales they came to be of great value.

I have no problem recommending this store to others, I myself will use it again.
