Placed an order as a repeat customer on 9/2/26. Received an email a week later stating delay to order then nothing. No more contact and no reply to emails asking for an update. Forced to go to PayPal for refund on 27/2/26. Used to be spot on with customer service but sadly not anymore. Would advise caution or buy else where.

I spoke to the owners of Wallart.co.uk who were very helpful and explained they get regular calls from people who like me think they are the company they ordered from but they are not. That is why Wallart.co.uk get 5 stars from me.

The company I ordered a canvas from was WALLART-DIRECT who have never delivered the canvas but have happily taken my money.
Please note - A lot of WALLART-DIRECT have reviews which are AI generated so don’t be fooled.
I give WALLART-DIRECT NO STARS for no customer service, no delivery of goods ordered. They have no phone contact details only emails which they never answer.
So please don’t mix WALLART-DIRECT up with an excellent company Wallart.co.uk.
