Good product but it’s not ‘free shipping’ in many cases and it’s only when at checkout you see the shipping fees. It’s things like this that make a difference to the level of customer focussed service.
Please think about this for your website and at least have a * next to the claim with terms and conditions apply.

Great delivery process have not tried or looked at the product

Saw a picture of a white rock wall used in a bathroom and thought how amazing the effect was, so decided to try to find a supplier. Walldec was that supplier and the product is beyond my expectations! Fantastic effect, easy to cut to size, and fit. Super speedy dispatch and delivery. Excellent price! Very highly recommended if you're looking for something unique and won't break the bank! Excellent 👍❤️

Great choose in stock and good price

The wall panels looked really good. I bought them because one particular review on their website had said that they had been put in a fireplace which is where I wanted to put mine.
I also purchased the instant grab adhesive as felt that this was the best item to use for their panels, rather than guess at what I should stick them on the wall with.
When they arrived, one was damaged on the corner. Luckily, I was able to turn the panel into such a position where it would not have been seen.
The “instant grab” adhesive was absolutely rubbish and did not stick very well to the panels I had purchased. I had to wedge the panels in position to get them to dry. This particular adhesive that they supply to use with their panels also does not stick to the panel itself. That is why I had to wedge them in position to try and get it to stick.
I was originally very pleased with them, but that didn’t last very long.
I emailed the company same day to explain about the damage to the panel and the non-sticking adhesive. I got a reply from James apologising for the damage and the adhesive not sticking well.
After lighting my burner, I was a little disconcerted about the panels and rang the company. The call was just answered with “hello“ and I had to ask to confirm that I was speaking to somebody at Walldec. I did feel this was a bit unprofessional.
I spoke about my concerns about the panel and was told that they were not suitable for behind a log burner or in a fireplace and I should not use them. I tried to explain that I’ve seen something on their website and they refuted that and said that there’s nothing on their website to say they can be used around a fire.
I did some further research and looked at their website again and saw the review that I knew I’d seen from somebody saying that they had put it on their fireplace and that is what had led me to purchase them.
I emailed the company again to explain this and said that, as moderators of their website, if information is inaccurate, they should not publish it and that I felt misled. They offered me a part refund, and said again that they had never said their products were safe for around a fire and they were fire resistant only. Apparently they also said that they gave guidance that they should not be used around fires before installation. I refute this because I ordered the panels and had nothing from them to say do not put it around a fire in the packaging, and they did not know when I was going to stick them on the wall so how can they possibly have told me not to use them around a fire before I put them up! At no point did anybody from their company say that to me, nor was that information available on their website stating that specifically.

I countered this email with a further response explaining that I understood it was a customer review and repeated that, as moderators of their website, they should not allow any reviews that mislead members of the public. I also asked them to show me on their website where it specifically says that they cannot be used around a fire and I have been ignored since. Neither have I had a part-refund.

I would not recommend this company.

Update having had the reply from Walldec.

I stand by my review and everything I’ve said – you have not been over backwards to assist me – you know I only bought two panels and I told you that I have used them – I know I can’t return something that’s been used – I’m not that stupid.

Before we even discussed returning them, you offered a partial refund and I said okay that’s fine. How about the cost of one of the panels and the glue because that’s not fit for purpose.

You keep going on about the review being by another customer and I totally get that, again, I’m not stupid.

What you’re failing to get here as you are responsible for every comment that’s on your website and if you don’t like it or if you think it’s incorrect then you need to remove it – I still stand by what I say and you have totally misled me by that one comment – that’s what’s done the damage to your business because it’s led me to my scathing review – oh and it also looks like I’m not the only one complaining.

I ordered 8 pieces of panel 4 days ago along with adhesive glue - yesterday only one panel arrived- I still had a little faith hoping they are delivering in parts even though by standard delivery time it should have arrived - I have emailed them a few times but have had no response. I would really appreciate it if someone from your team can respond to me please- I need them urgently

The panels look really good on the wall and are easy to cut. My only recommendation is to secure them.not only with grip.fill but with panel pins. The wall dec guys were super helpful

The panels are beautiful, both by visual encounter and to the touch.

I’ve used mine as a background for an arboreal backdrop fora vivarium.

They are heat resistant , water roof and simply ideal.

Sadly the mould of the panels doesn’t allow for a blended join, however with the correct fire foam and colour grout you can simply get around it.
