Quick customer service
I was disappointed that a few of my border tiles arrived damaged, but I was very impressed with the customer service from Mehwish. After I contacted Walls and Floors and sent photos, they responded quickly and arranged replacement tiles to be delivered the very next day. The communication was polite, helpful and efficient, and the issue was resolved without any hassle. Thank you for the excellent after-sales service.

Brilliant service. The guy on the phone was super helpful, helped me choose the right acoustic flex panelling from my van. Arrived promptly and the driver was very polite. My van outfitters were so impressed with the product they will be using it for all their builds in future. Top service.

This company has still not gave my refund back. It’s been nearly a whole month. Do not use this company. They are a scam. They do not respond back to you and do not give you refunds after taking the goods.
