Great service and top quality product.
The window blinds for our camper van are perfect. They stay in place while travelling and can be used partly open. The magnets are very strong and the blinds are a perfect fit.

Great communication but, more importantly great insulation blinds and highly recommend. Tried loads before these and these are by far the best for looks, fit and ease of use. Truly is a case of you get what you pay for

Perfect product and professional friendly service
Becki has made us a cover for our skylight and a draught excluder to cover the join in the back doors of our camper. Both are absolutely spot on and do the job perfectly. Becki was quick to reply whenever I had a question and is so friendly and helpful.

Poor magnet design
Really nice product that’s let down by the magnets not being stitched into place. Thai means that they don’t line up when you try to out it on the window, and have to “feel” your way round and shimmy the magnets in the sleeve to meet the magnets on the window frame.
A real shame - if they had a stitch either side to keep them in place - it’s be so good.

Hi Susan, thank you for your feedback, I'm really sorry you're unhappy with the magnets moving around on your Uni Vent window covers, I understand your frustrations and I will take this feedback on board for future orders.
When I designed these window covers I thought it was useful to be able to move the magnets around slightly so that you can place the self adhesive magnets according to where you'd prefer them to be on your frame. However, I will definitely look into changing the way that I make the covers based on your experience as I'm always looking for ways to improve my work.

The blinds themselves are well made but....
The blinds themselves are well made and the mountain design in particular adds to the look of the van. The reason for the three stars is the fixing system, which in my opinion is poor. The magnets for the smaller windows all fell off the window frame and had to be replaced. The magnets to the larger window rely on contact with the metal of the door, which once insulated is unreliable. I've had to use velcro tabs to the blinds instead.

Thank you for your comments, I’m very pleased you’re happy with the quality of the window covers, a lot of care goes into everything I make.
I’m sorry that you aren’t happy with the fixing system, you and I have had a number of email exchanges where I explained that the magnets in the blinds need to have exposed metal around the windows to give them something to ‘grab’ onto.
Because you have insulation on top of the metal then the magnets won’t work as there is nothing to magnet to.
I have suggested some ideas for you to try, but in this instance the velcro sounds like a suitable solution.
If you'd have contacted me before ordering to tell me about the insulation on top of the metal I could have advised lots of different solutions for you, as I do with lots of my customers who have a similar set up.
As for the smaller window covers - I include an installation guide with every order of this type explaining that the self adhesive magnets need to be stuck on a clean and dry surface and left for 24 hours to dry, and that sometimes they need a little extra glue to help them adhere.
I apologise for any disappointment and I will of course take your feedback on board.
