The work we had done by this company seems to be ok but we have not had the roof signed off by building control. Something we paid them to do for us. For us to now do it ourselves will cost us an Extra £1200. The company seems to have disappeared from Leighton Buzzard and are not answering calls or emails.
We have reported them to Action Fraud and Citizens Advice.

Had my roof done February 2024. It’s leaking around a skylight. Company not answering any phone calls and seems to have gone bust, however if I can’t prove this I can’t claim on my 10 yr guarantee. Seems this company have traded under numerous other names.

Does anyone have an address or contact details for this company other than the one still listed on their website?
I’m in exactly the same position as some others on this review site. The work has been completed but I have no 10 year guarantee, no building inspection certificate and no contact details as they refuse to reply to emails, telephone calls and have moved location. However, they have received a full payment, inclusive of the monies for the building certificate.
There were some problems during the build but these were resolved and to date there are no problems with our roof.
The plasterer, Guy, a sub contractor, was superb so absolutely no problems with his work. It’s just a pity he’s still associated with them.
I am now pursuing this via the Citizens Advice Bureau under the Consumer Rights.

Avoid- now under the name simply conservatory roofs.
They set up a company, take your money do half a job which is shockingly bad then they go bust then they set up as another company.

My conservatory replacement roof was finished, after several cancelled dates by the company. Internal communication was poor.

The roof has since leaked in two places, and I have made several phone calls and emails to the Company, who promised several times to send someone. However, nobody ever turned up. Therefore I have had to pay another company to come an fix the issues.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Avoid them !!! They installed a new windows in our house in Feb 2026, 10 years warranty not received, CERTASS certificate not received despite chasing. They advised this would be resolved however their membership with CERTASS ended in a meantime so we had to contact Citizen Advice and local building authority.

Although the installation team on site were pleasant and I am, tentatively, satisfied with the finished conservatory roof, the overall experience was quite stressful.
The quoting process felt overly generalised and lacked important detail. There were no proper drawings provided, and key elements such as skylight placement could easily have been incorrect had I not been present during discussions on the day.
The biggest issue, however, was communication and coordination with the office. I was initially given a start date, cleared out heavy furniture, and was ready at 8:30am—only to be told the team wouldn’t arrive for another three weeks. This pushed the work into the Christmas period, so I chose to delay until early January. Unfortunately, the project was delayed again, partly due to weather, but also because I was told another job was being finished.
Once work began, the originally quoted 10–14 days stretched into six weeks. There were multiple occasions where no one turned up despite reasonable weather conditions. Even a simple message would have helped manage expectations. It also seemed that different teams were not fully aware of what previous teams had completed.
Towards the end, the job felt rushed. Several small details were left unfinished, Building Control was overlooked, skylights were not cleaned properly, and adhesive residue from labels was still visible. Dust and sawdust were left behind and have since stained nearby windows and sills—something that could have been easily avoided with a basic cleanup.
Although a couple of leaks were addressed, the experience has left me feeling slightly concerned about how the roof will perform during heavier rainfall.
One month after final payment, I have not received the contractual 10 year guarantee or any payment receipt despite four requests.
In summary, while the end product is acceptable and the on-site staff were friendly, the professionalism, the lack of communication, poor coordination, and extended delays made the process far more difficult than it needed to be.

Done a job for me 6 years ago! Nothing but leaks from the box guttering!! And still leaking ! Called plenty of times never replys! 10 year warranty means nothing

right from the start great experience . Cameron came and explained what could be done to convert our conservatory roof from glass to tiled . Josh and Logan worked like trojans to get the timber roof on , tiled and insulated and plastering Guy did a great job doming the roof. Really pleased and good value for money as they make the wooden roof beams themselves
