The item is warm and very comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase.

At the time of ordering I was not informed of the International charge which ended up being as much as the item and shipping. I informed our credit card provider and had them red flag the transaction and cancelled the purchase. This is shady business practices.

Purchased for my grandson and sonin law.. they will be pleased! Thank you!

The item received was nothing like the picture. It does not have anything to hang on wall like shown in the picture. Over priced , save your money.

It's a nice product at a reasonable price. I look forward to using it this winter.

The head attachment doesn't stay secure, and it sometimes flips.

I have not received the Equestrian Magic Advent Calendar I ordered. As I continue to ask questions, I'm now told it was delivered 10/21/26, but I have not received it. In checking with the USPS I am told the tracking number received from 17Track is not valid. I see that I was charged Shipping Insurance. How do I file a claim? I was so excited about this gift for my granddaughter. Very disappointed now. Thank you for any assistance you can offer. Judy C

They are a beautiful piece.....I was somewhat disappointed, the were smaller than expected but mostly there is NOTHING on the back of them so you can hang them?????? I wanted to hang on the door or wall, but there is NOTHING ON THE BACK TO DO SO!!!!

Product is completely fake and doesn’t work. DO NOT BUY FROM WARMSOFTNOOK!!!

The only problem was that there was no instruction for what the sizes are on product. Which size is for which caliber of rifle.

I never recieved the product and it shows it was delivered in New Jersey and i live in Arizona. I have not received any response from you after alerting you to the situation. I will never buy from you again and i urge anyone who is considering buying from you mot to because i think you are scammers.

I think its a scam took my money out bank $58.72 plus a fee of$1.76 because i am in Australia gave no tracking information i have replied so many times but no reply it was under charmaine Bridge on my debit card

I never received my order, even after contact the company several times. Tracking was showing my package in OH at a particular USPS facility and I contacted them directly and was told that tracking number was not one of theirs and they did not have my package. I charged this item on my credit card and it has already been paid for since it has been over 30 days since I ordered.

I was extremely happy one works absolutely amazing but sadly one does not work .ive tryed every option it just doesn’t switch on . But the one that does work is amazing. I would love to be able to buy some ocean slides if possible

The product itself is great!! I've gifted all but one of my purchases. I wish shipping and communication was better. The quality is so good though so I'm sure I'll be ordering again soon.

Upon checkout a higher price than advertised was charged, requiring an objection to be lodged in order to secure a refund. When product arrived it looked cute but is very small
