Loved the wall paper style of samples very helpful size and image of full wall. Also the addition of large paint colours that matched paper was super helpful.

I found customer service very good and helpful…
I was a little disappointed in the delivery time and I didn’t feel the fabric was adequately wrapped… one end of the roll was a bit bashed about from being thrown in and out of the delivery van.
Most fabric I buy that comes on a roll, has a protective layer over the fabric before the plastic wrap… so that is why I haven’t given 5 stars
I will however buy from you in the future as I loved working with the fabric

In regards to the packaging, we do try to minimise packaging to reduce waste. We do ask our warehouse to wrap all orders well for the reasons that you have mentioned in your review, and so we are disappointed to hear that your order was not as well as wrapped as would be expected. This is something I certainly will raise with our warehouse.

Excellent quality
Kept updated regarding delivery.. the wallpaper is a wonderful quality and very east to hang . I had previously ordered quite a few samples and was impressed with the free addition of paint brush offs for complimentary colour ideas. I loved the story boards online that help with completing a decoration project. Excellent experience

I only ordered a sample, but was treated like I’d ordered 10 rolls of wallpaper. A very good size sample and the postage was free. Lovely wallpaper.
