We'll drop Warranty Valet since we have so few valid warranties anymore, but for new homeowners, it can be a real problem solver.

I thought I needed to use this service to get my warranty claim submitted with Kohler, which was definitely not the case. Probably my fault. The internet can be tricky. I did question the credit card requirement. The answer wasn’t clearly communicated. Overall, if you are looking for this kind of service/help, Melissa gets very good ratings for her customer service.

Assuming this truly is free (I was asked to enter my credit card information, which sounds odd to me if the replacement is free), then I will be satisfied the holster for my iPhone will be replaced. The warranty was upheld, and I am now expecting the new holster to arrive.

I had to use this company in order to get start a replacement/warranty process on an BioIonic curling iron. After having the product for just over a year (and now just outside the one year warranty period) the lever handle had failed. I was looking to just get a replacement part. However, Melissa Clifford from Warranty Valet worked with BioIonic and was able to get me an entire new curling iron! Considering these are $150+ products I was genuinely surprised with the outcome! The rep, Melissa, stayed in contact with me the entire time. She walked me through the process basically holding my hand. She helped me find the number on the product that needed to be reported, she sent the postage and label for shipping, she tracked the product going and the replacement coming back.
