So grateful to be a WOW student! I started in April 2022, in October 2022, I have acquired 34 units, and just went under contract for 24. I never could have done it without the incredible training program and one on one coaching. I don’t think there is a more comprehensive program… they teach you how to do market research, analyze deals, make offers, conduct due diligence, interview lenders, contractors and Property managers. They teach creative financing and JV partnership structure. And when you close, they teach you how to operate the asset.

I love the way Jen and Stacy teach and breakdown the material with scenarios and tips of how to best strategize and approach situations. Coach Megan was super awesome and patient when I needed her to clarify. I wish the program was for 6 months instead of 90 days, because you just can’t get enough of the WOW family because they are all so supportive and awesome.

This program has given me the knowledge and confidence to research markets, understand the financial levers for a successful deals and negotiate the right price for a deal that would meet the financial targets that I have set for myself. Jen and Stacy have developed a training and coaching program, that when followed, gives the average person in depth knowledge of Remote Real Estate Investing. They have created a community within the WOW family, where everyone is invested in the success of their peers. This knowledge has allowed me to invest in several properties in the last 7 months which is culminating in my ability to retire from my current field after 38 years to focus full time on Remote Real Estate Investing.

This group is more than amazing to me. Stacy & Jen are 2 of the hardest working multiunit instructors I’ve met. I don’t know how they do it with 4 young kids.

Jen and Stacy are incredibly knowledgable and very well versed in remote real estate investing. They have created a very comprehensive course, which allows you to acquire the knowledge of owning multifamily units for impressive investment portfolios.
