Arrived as expected, seems to be all in one piece. Will not install for a few months but so far so good.

I ordered the Washloo Finesse smart toilet seat, which I got VAT-free due to ongoing painful medical condition that is affecting my thumb and hand. I got some really good advice over the phone from a very helpful guy before purchasing. He was very approachable and knowledgable, and helped me to make sure I selected the correct model to fit my existing toilet. Once all of my questions were answered, I placed my order online via the special VAT-free link that he emailed to me. The toilet seat arrived very quickly, and was fitted by my plumber, who also happens to be a fully qualified electrician as well. There were no problems with installation onto the existing pipe that feeds the cistern, apart from he had to swap the washers that came with the kit for fibre ones, due to a slight leakage. Even the electric supply was easy. He managed to make use of an electric cable used for an existing electric towel heater, so just needed to add a new sealed socket. This toilet seat truly is the best product I've bought in many years, and I know I would not be able to cope without it now. It's made a massive difference to how I am able to manage with my limited hand and thumb movement. Even my husband loves the lit up toilet bowl at night, the silent soft close seat and lid, and the lovely warm heated seat. I find myself using this on every single visit I make to the loo now, even if it's just a quick wee during the night. I absolutely love it and can't recommend it highly enough. It looks really high-tech and modern with its digital display on the back. I've already told loads of people about how good this product is. My plumber liked it so much he's planning to buy one for his Mum as a Christmas present. It's drastically reduced the amount of toilet paper I need to buy too, which will go some way towards off-setting the purchase cost. The dryer works well enough without needing to use even a single sheet for the back end of business, but is too gentle to make much of a difference to front bottoms (hence the need for a small amount of toilet paper still). For anyone struggling with dexterity, or even if you just want to feel clean and fresh at all times, you really can't beat having one of these toilet seats. It's so hygienic too, as you only need to touch a button or two on the remote control unit, which I have attached at easy reach on the wall next to the toilet.

Advise me what product is best for my needs great service will definitely order again from this company and definitely would recommend

Most efficient, excellent product and particularly helpful with advice. Brilliant customer service and great value for money compared to Washloo competitors.

Great communication with the team and a great product.
Money well spent!

This company is so helpful, after a number of phone calls about their Smart Loos, nothing was too much trouble. A Family run business and a big shout out to Oliver, also his mum as had to change delivery dates 3 times due to road closures in our village. In process of building Wet Room and should be fitted within the next two weeks, looks the part and sure it will be fantastic. Have our neighbours waiting to use it !!!!!!!!!!!

Have finally had our new toilet/bidet fitted and are very happy with the result. Looks to be a well made and robust unit too. Would thoroughly recommend.

The staff were really helpful in providing advice and answering queries as they know their products very well. The goods arrived within 3 days and the installation went very smoothly thanks to the detailed literature provided. The seat has exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the team at Washloo.

They gave me very good advice and advised me on the best solution to increase the height of my toilet bowl, attach supporting handle bars and raising the seat height to cope with a hip replacement. They even sent me pictures to show my plumber on how everythinging fitted together.

The toilet is easy to use,and such a hygienic method. Installation is easy if using a straight through soil pipe ,but care must be taken if using p connections from the floor.
Very satisfied on the overall performance.

I read a lot of reviews and did considerable research before cropping my list of choices initially to Washloo and then more particularly to a specific model of the Washloo Levitate Monolith. A substantial and well designed product. Since installation it has proven to be the ideal choice. Fully adjustable and with foldaway arms to assist in rising, as my arthritic knees make this a painful process without assistance. The arms provide that help. The other designed features such as the warm seat, the ability to adjust easily the wash process and the different flush cycles confirm that I made a wise choice.

the staff and company were very helpful with my requests .

Washloo provided great customer service, ensuring that we had suitable water pressure for the toilet that we had chosen. Delivery was prompt and executed well.

I recommend the company and will buy from them again when we update our cloakroom.

Karen was very helpful advising on which model was best for me. The goods arrived well packaged on a pallet. Now been in use for about a week and it’s great. Who knew a warm loo seat could bring so much pleasure? Would not hesitate to recommend the company and the toilet/seat.

Great products, backed up by outstanding customer service.
They are very knowledgeable people, who fully understand their products and sell goods that work.
Since having our smart toilet from Washloo, we love it and have had no regrets whatsoever. Had two small but niggling problems in the 18 months we've had it, and their understanding and support (with replacement parts where necessary) has been outstanding.
Won't hesitate to recommend them, or go back for future purchases.

Great to deal with a professional family run company. Very helpful and purchase easy. Quick dispatch and product excellent.

The customer support was great and answered a couple of fitting questions I had very promptly by email. Delivery on time and as expected.

The product itself is better than I could have hoped. Whole family went from vicious mockery of me to thinking its great. Worth it just for the heated seat. Only regret is that i didn't spend more monies!

Requests for advice and guidance on which toilet were answered within an hour or two. It was Karen who told us about the disability discount that our plumber was not aware of but has made a big difference to the cost of our bathroom refurb; When there was a problem it was sorted out quickly within 48 hours. A small British company excellent to deal with.

Very helpful on the phone, but you were going to send me another connection pipe which I didn't receive.
