The 8 yard skip was delivered first thing in the morning so I could maximise the time I had to complete the task from Day 1 and was promptly collected on the agreed date.

The driver was patient whilst I asked a neighbour to move his car to allow him access past parked cars at the top of
the street as well as answering my queries as to what I would and would not be able to load into the skip.

Booked 3 skips and paid for a 6 yard first, dropped off and collected without issue.

Now booked a second 4 yard that’s been put in the same place on my drive and they are refusing to collect it.

Second to that I’ve paid over £300 for a replacement 4 yard that hasn’t been dropped off and I have a full 4 yard on my drive they are not collecting.

Whole building process has been held up and they are not coming up with a solution

Pleasant and friendly (and apologetic) reception staff (hence 2*) but beware all of their exclusions including more than one roll of carpet etc. They use sub-contractors out of area so terms are the lowest common denominator. I tried to save £50 by using them and it cost me £100 to cancel delivery. Never again - always order locally.

Great easy online ordering of a skip. Arrived and collected on time.

Great communication the whole way through. Updates always on point and clear direction about what can and can not be put in the skip. Dropped off and picked up promptly and with no inconvenience to my day.

Both drivers were friendly and helpful. My only criticism is it would have been helpful to be given more accuracy over the timing of their arrivals but I understand that is difficult.

The skip arrived on time but the tail gate was badly bent and twisted and couldn't be opened.
Also the skip was in a terrible state with what looked like a thick layer of cement covering most of it.
The guy who dropped the skip placed it in the driveway with very little damage to the trees.
The guy who removed it though has badly damaged one tree.
I won't use that company again.

When I made a mistake and asked for the skip to be delivered too early, the lady on the phone was very helpful and sorted the problem out in minutes.
