I stupidly ordered 4 single Cyclops winders from them and then realized that they weren’t going to fit where I imagined them fitting. Anyway I reached out to them to ask about returns and they explained the process to me. To return something here you need to get approval before they will send you a label etc. That’s fine but they won’t actually send the paperwork. It’s been five weeks now since I reached out to return these and randomly I received paperwork for two winders on separate occasions. I returned two of them and never heard anything back. No refund, no message, no confirmation… just nothing. I’m still stuck with two of the winders almost six weeks after instigating the return process. They do reply occasionally saying “problems at the warehouse” etc… but really?! In 20 plus years of online shopping this has never happened to me. Looking at TrustPilot you can see there are others too. I would avoid avoid avoid this business. This has been a horrible experience. I will happily delete this if this guy is having a hard time and still plans to honour his return policy. But I’m losing hope.
I’ve already left a review on this website but please if you have ordered something from Watch Box Co. and feel like you’ve been scammed, like me, report them to ACCC. I’ve done this already but the more people to do it, the more likely these scammers will be caught.
Wow, just wow!!!!!!! Ordered on the 21/11 still have nothing they said that my address was incorrect or incomplete MY HOUSE IS THE ONLY HOUSE HOW CAN IT BE INCOMPLETE!!!! I am fuming to say the least!!!! Everyone needs to report this to their bank and they will recover the funds for you!!! Clearly a christmas scam!!!
Similar service complaint that everyone else has. Ordered my item in November, still don't have it. No one responds to emails. The tracking # shows that is has gone from California, to Denver, to Seattle ( I live close to Denver so what's going on there? I. just expect that I'm out of my $, and filed with BBB.
I have been waiting on my order for over 5 weeks. Ordered on 11/28/2025 & as of today 12/30/2025 I still have not received it. I have sent 2 emails with no response and had to resort to trying Messenger. Customer service is terrible and the shipping is horrendous. I am requesting a full refund and I would not recommend purchasing from this company!
Purchased on the 18/11/25 and i still haven’t received it and it’s 22/12/25 today. They have asked to chase it up with the courier. The courier company they use is Imile who are hopeless.
The worst service. If you want your product a month later after paying for express with the expectation it will be here in 2-3 days - then this is the place for you. Multiple different bots emailing from their customer service email address upon emailing. They utilise Imail which is the worst carrier possible. I've complained multiple times and still do not have my package. They lied and said it was posted when it hadn't.
The box I received was unglued. Customer support asked for photos, which I sent, then ghosted me.
Hi there!!! I was looking around/browsing the internet to find a watch winder for my watch. I stumbled across The Watch Box Co.
After purchasing the product I had noticed it had been 1 month exactly and I had to write an email to follow up and see how my delivery was going. No body gave me a tracking number and resisted as I kept asking.
When the product eventually arrived it has failed to keep my watch working and winding. IM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the product and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE OUT THERE!!!!
Please be careful when punching from this company. It took me 3 emails to follow up.
Sept 4th update: Still no word from the retailer in response to my RMA request. I did, however, get the right side winder to work - seems the spin gearing was jammed and I managed to loosen it. So, now the whole unit works but my overall rating stays at 0, due to the initial operational issues and terrible customer support.

Worst on-line retail experience ever. Item is highly overpriced for the quality - which is poor. Watch winder I purchased did not work properly right out of the box. Highly disappointing. I've contacted them several times to get an RMA and get only a canned email response. Still no RMA. Verdict: overall score of 0. Save your money and look elsewhere. Will likely just throw this POS in the trash, as people in Hell have a better chance getting ice water than I do of getting a refund.
Most dishonest company ever
I ordered a very expensive watch box from them and it was massively damaged in shipping. Would not honor any return policy or offer to fix it. Crap product, Crap company. WATCH OUT!
$10k watch box. Carbon fiber scratched and gashed. The lock does not work, the drawers are all stuck, the timers do not work.
Company refuses to do anything - I will be filing a lawsuit against them just because of how wrong this is.

I placed an order with Watch Box Co on 12/6/23 for a
Christmas gift. I had to email on 12/16/23 for an update bc
the item had not shipped. It arrived damaged on 12/23/23.
It was poorly packaged, with only two small pieces of
Styrofoam on the sides and one piece of tissue paper. It
was not securely in the shipping box. The particle board
where the nails for the hinge were had completely broken
off, so the lid will not stay on. I immediately emailed and
asked for a refund and they responded 2 days later on
Christmas day and said they would not be refunding, that
their packages are well packaged, and to file a claim with
UPS. The order was so poorly packaged that it's no
wonder it broke it transit and now they won't refund my money. I'm disputing with PayPal, reported to Better Business Bureau, filed a UPS claim, left a bad review on their website (which I'm sure they'll delete), and will ultimately dispute with my credit card company if they don't issue me a full refund. Avoid the headache, just get one off Amazon. I ended up getting one of Amazon and it was beautifully and securely packaged, and better quality.
Horrible company that lies to keep your money and never sends the item
Watch Box Co. was the worst experience I have ever had shopping for anything online. I wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered a watch box with a monogram for a birthday gift, and they waited a full week to tell me that the box was out of stock, even after i had called four days prior to make sure it was in stock, and was assured that it was and would ship in the next few days. I was told the box was currently "being personalized" with the monogram that I ordered. They were completely dishonest about whether or not the item was in inventory, and waited so long to tell me that it wasn't, I no longer had time to order from somewhere else, and ruined the gift I was trying to put together. They also did absolutely nothing to try to resolve the issue. Just oh well, we don't have any more. I do NOT recommend! Beware of their deceptive business practices!
Took my money without shipping the product and, worst of all, they do not answer to my emails.
I ordered a watch box on 11-18-19, and expected to receive it the same week based off the information on their website. It is now 12-4-19 and I have still yet to receive my watch box. I was issued a shipping confirmation on 12-1-19, but this was only due to a label being created and my package still has not been shipped. This company took my money immediately, and has yet to fulfill my order. Completely unacceptable.
