Found my watch on Watches of Distinction. Good details and pictures online, great price and as I was purchasing on line I wanted to ask a few questions.
Contacted Chris to get some details etc. Great information, called me back when said he would and pleasure to deal with. Communication clear and timely. Most important - watch arrived & was in super condition and delivered fast from payment. Highly recommend these guys & thank you to Chris for great service.

I saw a Breitling B1 watch that I wanted on the WOD website.
So I wrote an enquiry email to the sales department asking about spare links for the bracelet of watch I had chosen, I got no reply, I tried again but nothing.
I tried once more later on and Giles replied to say a member of the sales team will ring me in the morning, which was good of him as it was late evening, by this stage I had specified that I wanted to purchase the watch, extra links or not.
Good to his word I received a phone call from the sales department at WOD the next morning, I enquired about the extra links and the salesman said there were 3 links making the bracelet as it was from Breitling, also it has just come back from a battery cell replacement... brilliant I thought.
I went to the WOD webpage to purchase the watch but there was no 'add to cart' option, the watch was displayed but I didn't have an option to buy.
I rang the sales department back straight away to explain there was no 'buy it' option.
I was then told the watch had been sold !
I said I have just been speaking to you about the watch over the links and service, you advised me to buy it on the website and five minutes later you say it's sold ?

No return emails, no explanation and the watch was then updated on the site as sold... Poor show.

Popped into WOD to get some information for my insurance company. Was expecting to leave my watch but was pleasantly surprised that the report was done there and then. Excellent service, would most definitely recommend.

I purchased a Cartier Calibre wrist watch from Giles today and I must say it is a pleasure to do business with him. Having bought a watch before plus repairs he has done for me, I find him very accommodating. Never in any rush to get you out the door always friendly and helpful. The reason I use watches of Distinction is that you know you are getting top quality merchandise, at a reasonable price.

I was recommended to Giles, and after emailing a few times i finally met him and his team today at his shop in Lymington.... And I have nothing but total praise for his friendly smiling service with expert knowledge and advice given on my vintage Rolex, even replaced a couple of pins, added a new link and adjusted the bracelet for me FOC.. But in my eyes nothing for nothing so i left him some tea money to cover his staffs kitty for the month... Giles it was a pleasure and you've got my business for life. and anyone else out there that's just a bit un sure and needs the best, then look no further.... Watches of distinction "Take a bow A+"

I have nothing but praise for this company, and for its owner, Giles, who is knowledgeable, friendly, and has competitively priced luxury watches, including many hard to find Rolex.
I have visited his shop on many occasions and so far purchased just one watch (vintage Rolex), but I have no doubt there will be more.

I just go straight to Watches of Distinction. Good service with a freindly approach. Everything is just as it should be and transactions are carried out quickly and with great ease. There is something about this Company that gives you the feel good factor. I'm sure it's the service ,location and great products. The new premisis are great. A number one choice for sure.

I have just completed a purchase of a Rolex Oyster Perpetual with Giles at Watches of Distinction, Lymington.

The watch is absolutely superb, with all its documentation and the level of service and professionalism from Giles has been excellent.
