Beware,seller not taking responsibility

Bought watch for daughter's 18th birthday and didnt received.Watch been sent with UPS well known shipping company for missing parcels.My parcel got lost as well. Ordered on 2 February,last tracking information was 8 February,After this nothing.Shipping company don't know anything,seller said this is not his responsibility as well.Is absolutely shocking bussiness,bevare.If parcel gets lost prepare to chase it yourself.

VERY BAD - faulty watch and very poor customer service

VERY BAD. I was sent a watch that was faulty - the buttons didn't work so I couldn't change the time. I phoned to ask for a replacement watch but they said it was the last one so I should send it back for a refund. I was told that if the watch was faulty they would also refund the cost of return (£7.25 by recorded delivery - their recommended method for return) but I have only been refunded for the watch and not for the cost of return, as promised. I have sent Watch Town 3 emails but they have not replied. I have proof that the watch was faulty when I received it and I will be contacting Trading Standards to find out how I can get a full refund from Watch Town.

SCAM, BEWARE

Bought a watch in July, first they don't gave any information about the shipping, so I had no idea if it was sent or if they even have sent it. Finally it arrived after 2 weeks. In 1 month the color faded away, and as I knew that I have warranty for that watch, I tried to contact them SEVERAL times, but till today they still haven't responded me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT BUY, THEY CHEAT ON YOU!!!! BEWARE GUYS!

Very Poor service

I ordered a ladies hugo boss watch before Christmas - it arrived but wasn't working and had a scratch on it. returned it to the shop on 30th December and they sent it off for repair - today is 23rd January and have had no contact from watchtown - I've sent emails with no reply and have only made contact with them by calling them. On both occasions I've been told it I should have it in a week and they will email me updates - nothing. I'm not even clear on why the watch is being repaired and I'm not being sent a replacement. Very poor customer service and haven't even responded to my request for a full refund.

Bad customer service & no communication

I ordered a watch, which stated it would arrive the next day. After ordering I emailed asking for confirmation that it would - no response. No response the next day either and no confirmation that it had been sent. Although funnily enough 5 minutes after I chased them again I receive an email confirming it had been sent out - which is now too late for me to receive it as I'm away.

Quite frankly appalling customer service, their phone lines are constantly engaged or off the hook, so you can't even speak to someone. The only reason I ordered with them was because they claimed to send next day. Not so!

Avoid! Watches may be slightly cheaper but it also seems to equate to awful service.

Highly Recommended, an amazing company to deal with!!

Excellent company to deal with. After choosing my watch, I received it the next day. Can't get quicker than that. The watch itself had sold out in retail shops because of its popularity but this company not only had stock but was cheaper. 5* for a friendly, professional & efficient company for which I will certainly recommend.

EXCELLENT

Again, I wasn't disappointed. Bought the watch last tuesday (feb 5), received it yesterday feb 8. I was amazed at how fast the international shipping was, because I was expecting it to arrive here in northern Europe by next week. The packaging was very good. And of course the watch was breathtaking, as the previous one. Both brand new watches, and the prices were cheaper than other online stores. I'm indeed very satisfied in choosing Watchtown. Thank you again!

Fast but terrible service, Avoid

I bought a watch and when it arrived, it was obvious it was not brand new and looked like an ex-display watch. Not only did I have to pay to return it, they charged me restock fees! I since bought the same watch from another site and you could tell straight away the difference. Avoid them at all costs!

Excellent service

Their prices are the cheapest I found online.
The delivery was A++++++++++ it tok onlt 2 days.
I can't fault this comany in any way.

Where is the bill for the watch???

Well, quick shipping, nice product, good price!

But ... where is the bill???
I wrote to the watchtown twice (no answer first time) and on 8th of June recieved a reply
"Hi
It will be with you before Monday.
Regards
[Name]"

Today is 20.6. and they still didn't send me the bill.
They give me no choice other than contact the tax authorities and ask them what's going on.

Bad waiting time and emailing experience

10 days after purchasing my watch I had not received either my watch or any communication regarding it. I emailed 3 times with no response. In the end I rang up their customer care who were not very helpful and who told me my watch wasn't in stock and would be sent to me 'tomorrow'. Another 4 working days passed so I rang again and was finally told it was dispatched. Not once did I receive an email reply or any communication, I felt I had to chase down the company for information.
That being said, when the watch finally arrived it was in perfect condition in the box, a beautiful watch, and watchtown provided the cheapest website online, even cheaper than Amazon
