Overall, an excellent experience. Sold our house with the help of Maruf, who was prompt, courteous and helpful. We're sufficiently pleased with the service that we've now instructed Waterstone to act for us in our follow-up house purchase. The only negative is that the 'perfect portal' website - which is supposed to keep you up to date with progress and tell you what you have to do next - doesn't seem to be updated until well after the event, which makes it a bit pointless. Just a minor quibble, which doesn't stop us wholeheartedly recommending Waterstone as conveyancers.
