Hub+ is a subscription / paid version of the Wattbike Hub app which unlocks premium features and workouts. But there are 100's of workouts including plans which are all free to access (no subscription required). Only 2 of the training plans are subscription only. The product is great, installation team useless.

The product is great. Ordering was pretty simple. Matt from Customer service rescued the customer relationship. There are e-mail exchanges covering the issues. The bottom line is that Wattbike were badly let down by the the installation team. If they had been even barely competent I would have given five stars.

Had my Atom v2 serviced by Edward. Quick, efficient and courteous. He answered all my questions and got the job done without any fuss. Well worth the money to keep the bike in good condition.

Great customer service

I’ve had my 2nd Gen Wattbike Atom since 2020, and honestly, the customer service I just received was next level.

I’d lost my original power supply and bought a new one, but the bike still wouldn't work. I reached out to their team, and they were so incredibly patient and responsive throughout the whole process.

They looped in their technicians multiple times and even sent me another power supply just to be sure.

Eventually, they figured out the actual power port on the bike was the issue. Instead of leaving me stranded, they quickly sent out the DIY parts I needed to fix it myself.

My Atom is finally back up and running! Huge shoutout to the team for sticking with me and getting me back on the saddle—this is exactly why you buy from a premium brand.

Home Service

Home Service: Wattbike Atom NG - Excellent service received. All worn parts were replaced, even down to the handlebar tape which was starting to look tatty after 4 years of regular use. Also some good adviced received on things to check and adjustments to make.

Ed was excellent

Ed was excellent , a personable polite guy and very swift with his work and help. He helped me adjust the seat position and hopefully that will help reduce some of the pressure issues on the hip. Thank you.

1st gen Atom service

Had my 1st gen Atom serviced by Edward. Booked the service online and took a couple of days to be contacted to arrange date of servicing. Availability meant it would take 6 weeks, so just to be aware. Edward was great, on time, communicated well ahead with ETA etc and was able to get my Atom (which was way overdue a service) running like a new bike. Would definitely recommend

Watt Bike Service

I have no complaint's with regards the service of my watt bike.
However I think £198.00 for 30 minute service is excessive.

We do however appreciate your comments regarding the cost of the service. While the engineer may only be on site for around 30 minutes for a standard service, the charge also covers a number of additional factors including the engineer’s travel time, specialist training and technical expertise, as well as the manufacture and supply of genuine Wattbike parts and components where required.

Our engineers are specifically trained on Wattbike products, and their knowledge and experience mean they are often able to complete servicing efficiently whilst still carrying out the full required checks and maintenance to the bike.

We do understand that servicing costs are an important consideration, and we appreciate your honest feedback.

Wattbike Atom service

Edward ( technician) phoned to let me know his schedule and he arrived on time. He was very thorough and changed all the necessary components. Very helpful to answer my questions. Hopefully set up for the next 2 years use.

Product Doesn't Work - Faulty Touchscreen

Unfortunately the AtomX wattbike that I ordered has arrived with a touchscreen that doesn't work, so I can't actually use the bike. Currently engaged with the customer support team but still have a bike, at well over £2k, that I can't use and should have apparently been fully checked before being delivered. Really disappointed.

I'm delighted with it

I'm delighted with it. A well built piece of kit. I use it with a Ruovy subscription and it's perfect. It was delivered with no problem and very easy to assemble.

Poor delivery and customer service. Good engineer.

I ordered my wattbike aTom and it was delayed from the advertised delivery window. On delivery the courier quite literally threw my bike into my hall way and walked off refusing to take it to a room of my choice. After raising this with Wattbike they returned an hour later and took it to its intended room.

Unfortunately the bikes shifter was defective and a replacement was sent. This also did not work and eventually with some pushing Wattbike agreed to send an engineer out.

It took a month to finally get the bike completely working. For what is billed as a premium product the delivery and support experience is far from that. At no point did anyone try and put it right or soften the disappointment. Their engineer who fixed the bike is currently the only saving grace.

Edward the engineer was fantastic, knowledgeable and fixed the problem with professionalism and ease. I’d be very happy to recommend him again. It’s a shame the rest of the business can’t take a leaf out of his book.
