Hi I have been in liaison with wave spa following an issue with my heater unit stopping working, they have been very helpful and we have tried various methods to re set it.
These did not work but wave have arranged to have the unit collected and returned to them to carry out further tests and rectification
Milly in customer services has been brilliant throughout, even responding to emails over the weekend ( which I did not expect)
I look forward to the return of my heater unit

The five stars review is really for Elizabeth who is currently helping to resolve my issue of a new unused hot tub that needs repair. My experience with the product so far hasn't been great though, but things happen and the important thing is how issues are dealt with.

Purchased the wave spa Tahoe rigid foam hot tub 1/15/26 along with the energy bundle and couldn’t be happier . Hot tub retains hot even during one of the coldest winters we’ve had in years in New York. To help retain heat and keep spa out of the elements I enclosed it in a 10x 9 ft “bubble tent” from Vevor. Keeps unit dry and helps retains the heat even better during these cold winter months.

Superb Garda 6 person hot tub. We've had for 2 years now and only just got around to the review. Can't recommend highly enough. Great after sales service with any queries and on the rare occasion we've had any problems. Everything sorted quickly and the kids love it. Brings the whole family together. No screen time, just lots of conversation and fun, day or day, summer or in winter snow!

So I bought the six man wave spa and I have loved it from day one till the other day on a hot day. I went outside and the inner liner became a little brittle and started flaking. I contacted Wave Spa and spoke to David Grieveson and he instantly without question replaced my inner liner! talk about great customer service A+ to them and as far as this, Wave Spa, I would buy and refer my friends to this company over and over again thanks again, David

Ordered my spa on a Friday and it arrived on the Wednesday. After a couple of hours of trying to assemble it was clear that parts were missing. I reached out to customer services immediately. They said my order was split over 2 deliveries and the rest would be delivered by the Friday. But they would keep me up to date. It’s now the following Thursday and I still have no complete delivery. The customer service has been nothing short of shocking. I have been lied to twice about the rest of the order being dispatched when it hasn’t. Not once has customer service provided an update without me having to chase them first. No tracking number have been made available during the whole process. It has got to the point where I have had to contact my financial provider to initiate a charge back.
The last email I got from wave spa, 2 days after they assured me the missing parts were dispatched, was a request for me to confirm what was missing!! Again I had to contact wave spa first , before they asked me to confirm.
One of the most stressful purchases I have ever made and this nightmare is still it over. I have requested that my issues are escalated to director level, but I very suspect that customer service are gate keeping this from escalation

My Spa arrived in a timely manner BUT missing both the inflatable lid and top cover!! Cover was sorted by Elizabeth almost immediatley, however the inflatable lid (which helps keep the heat in) took weeks to arrive - and when it did looks like it has a leak somewhere now.
Whilst waiting for the cover to arrive, I also had to fix a leak on the filter pipe - to me looked like 2 circlips were missing, so I sorted this and all is now leak free!
Even though these issues are now resolved and I received a partial refund and spare filters for the trouble, I feel as though I should not have to go through this experience at all. The customer support was spot-on but I feel also held-back by poor/lack of components/supply chain issues.

I have found Wave Support to be prompt and professional assisting me with some issues that are now corrected. Overall, I like the Wave set up as it is modular and it is easy to replace a part without replacing the whole hot tub, unlike soft tub, which has zero customer service.

Forget expensive Airbnb! The energy bundle is a game changer. I’m excited about it, just need the sun to behave and never leave!
Setup was easy and quick. Everything needed is in the box, and instructions make sense. It heats faster than expected and stays hot with the cover, maintaining temperature well.
It's big! I got the 6 person model, and it fits comfortably. The bubbles are powerful and relaxing (surprised actually).
I’m ready for summer. Perfect for garden drinks and better than pricey weekend getaways for a hot tub. Great value and the best garden buy. Highly recommend! 👍
