The team at Working Capital Finance Brokers reached out to our company after we showed interest in their services. In our early discussions they presented as fluent, capable and responsive. Over several weeks they reviewed our financials in detail with our accountant, and based on this engagement we shifted our focus toward proceeding with WCFB as our broker.

When we reached the point of formalising the next steps, communication ceased without explanation. Despite several attempts to reconnect, we did not receive a response. This resulted in a two-month delay to our finance timeline, required us to restart the process with another broker and placed one of our property transactions at risk.

We believe WCFB has the capability to provide a very strong service, and our intention is not to criticise them personally. This review reflects our genuine experience and highlights that businesses reliant on time-sensitive finance outcomes, particularly when advertised as such, may be exposed to commercial pressure if communication breaks down at a critical stage.
