I found we contact a really good company and the staff are very helpful, I've been very lucky to have Lucy as my agent she is easy to talk to and that is what you need when you're working for an agency.

Seamless payments, good comms and frequent. Have to admit, payslips are confusing as they are rolled up. Tax is really high. Holiday pay confused me and info was a little contradictory depending who you spoke to. But overall easier than self employed
