Joining Wealthflo has been a truly life-changing decision for me.

When I first decided to join the course, I never imagined that I would come this far or build a successful short-term rental business. Wealthflo gave me the knowledge, guidance and, most importantly, a clear pathway to follow my dreams step by step.

Last year, I launched three properties, and this year I have added two more. Seeing how far I have come has been an incredible and very emotional journey. I honestly don’t think I would have been able to achieve this without the support and guidance from James, Darryl,Matt and the entire Wealth Flow coaching team.

A couple of years ago, I attended a live webinar with James Murphy. I had followed him for about 3 years at that
point and felt like I could truly trust him. He offered a 'Done-For-You' option to set up 3 Airbnb properties in
Slough, England. Wanting to build a better future for my family, I trusted his word and handed over a $36,000
investment.

That choice turned into an absolute nightmare. I quickly realized this operation utilizes an overlapping web of different company names simultaneously. While James was operating under Sojo Stays—which public UK registry records show was forced into compulsory liquidation by the government in June 2024—he was
simultaneously running GPWN (Global Property Wealth Network).

Throughout my communications, a confusing rotation of other entity names were thrown into the mix, including Nova Rooms, Stay Simple, and Abbey House LTD.

James ultimately passed my setup to a 'third party.' However, when I looked up the public UK corporate registry
(Companies House), I discovered that his name was also listed right there on that third party's registry.

My communications and chasing for answers involved representatives like Travers Hathrill, Vince Treadgold, Alex Matts and James’ assistant Shareen Mahmi

I paid GPWN $36,000 in April 2023. It took until September for the “Airbnbs” to be completed. Then after a few months of paying rent. They claimed the 40-60 lease agreements and the entire company was liquidating, and our entire $36,000 was suddenly 'lost.' I can only imagine the number of people affected by all of this.

The emotional toll on my family was unbearable. At the time, I was a mom to a 4 year old and pregnant with my
second baby. The intense stress of losing our hard-earned savings placed a massive strain on me, my unborn
child, and my husband during a time we should have been celebrating.

James claimed it wasn't his fault but yet “agreed” to a tiny refund paid out over 12 months. A contract was signed. And still I had to painfully chase them for practically every single payment until they stopped paying me completely in February.

In July I asked when I could expect the missing money, getting almost no response or real solutions.

Life was so busy with my kids that I almost missed it, but out of pure exhaustion, I finally posted an honest review.

Miraculously, only after I went public did they suddenly care enough to ask for a phone call to 'discuss next
steps.'

They have now transitioned and rebranded yet again to a brand called Wealthflo. It feels like a continuous
pattern of changing names, hiding behind multiple corporate layers, and using threats of legal action to bully
people into silence.

I am refusing to take my review down. No other mom or family should ever have to go through the heartbreak, financial loss, and severe stress that James Murphy’s web of businesses caused us.

My experience with Wealthflo has been exceptional. The network and the support you get one to one from having a coach, (Mel Gardner), who is awesome, to the community that always try to help you with you, no matter where you are in your journey. The systems the tech and the community has helped my start my journey of financial freedom.

I can highly recommend WealthFlo and James Murphy to anyone who is serious about building a successful short-term rental business.

What makes WealthFlow different is that you’re not just buying into a mentoring course—you’re joining a community of people who are actively building the businesses you aspire to create. Having direct access to James, experienced coaches, proven systems, templates, and regular coaching calls is incredibly valuable.

Like anything worthwhile, this isn’t a “get rich quick” program. You have to invest your time, energy, and effort. If you show up, ask questions, implement what you learn, and stay consistent, the support available is exceptional.

In less than five months, I’ve gone from owning zero international short-term rental properties to securing more than ten properties across multiple countries. And I will not stop here. WealthFlow has played a significant role in making that possible.

One of the biggest benefits is the community itself. You’ll meet ambitious, supportive people who are at different stages of the journey, and there’s something to learn from everyone.

If your goal is to build financial freedom, create more control over your time, and surround yourself with people who are already doing what you want to achieve, I can wholeheartedly recommend James and WealthFlow.

My husband and I couldn't have been as successful as we have been in our short-term rental business so quickly without this program. We only had experience being property owners with long-term tenants and a property manager. Working with James has made an enormous difference to Local Soul and completely changed the direction of our Swansea serviced accommodation business.

Before implementing his strategies, our July revenue under a management company was approximately £9515. One year later, after making the changes James recommended, we achieved £24,240 for July after only relaunching the portfolio in May which is 2.5 times the revenue.

The results speak for themselves, but what has been equally valuable is the level of personal support behind them. James has been incredibly generous with his time, always willing to jump on a one to one call, work through a problem and genuinely help us find the right solution for the business. It never feels like generic advice or a one size fits all program.

The daily webinars have also been incredibly valuable, covering almost every aspect of the short term rental industry and bringing together experienced people from across the STR community. There is always something new to learn and implement and we learn alot from everyone elses questions too!

James genuinely wants the people he works with to succeed. His support, knowledge and practical guidance have helped us turn Local Soul around, and we are extremely grateful for the impact he has had on both the business and our confidence as operators. Forever thankful!

I've been mentored by James and the team since the early days of the program. I've seen the network grow and develop immensely throughout that time, now with members and coaches all over the globe. It's been a great resource for someone like myself looking to grow an international property business. The coaches have been fantastic, offering detailed knowledge and insights into specific topics and locations.

When I joined the course in September 2024, I was already running two Airbnb properties successfully, but I knew there were big gaps in my knowledge. I didn’t really understand pricing strategies, how to optimise my calendars, or how to generate direct bookings through my own website. I also wanted to scale but had a real mental block around rent-to-rent. I had no confidence approaching landlords or estate agents.

One of the biggest things the course gave me was confidence. Through the coaching, scripts, live calls and listening to other members and mentors, I quickly realised those conversations weren’t nearly as intimidating as I’d built them up to be. That mindset shift helped me secure my third and fourth property much sooner than I expected.

Eighteen months later, I now run seven serviced accommodation properties, including two in Bournemouth that I manage completely remotely through systems and a fantastic team. Those properties had a difficult start because I took them on during low season, but James coached me through the numbers, pricing strategies and how to hold my nerve. They are now consistently achieving excellent occupancy levels, with many months at 80%-90%

I’ve also launched a management company with guidance from Mark and now have management clients alongside my own portfolio, giving me an additional income stream.

Perhaps the biggest change is that this business has allowed me to transition away from relying solely on my photography career. I still photograph because I love it, but now I have the freedom to choose projects I’m genuinely passionate about rather than taking every job.

The course isn’t just about getting properties it’s about building a business and a lifestyle, it has gifted me time.

I’ve learned how to systemise everything, work with a VA, build a guest relations team and create processes that allow the business to run efficiently. That has put me in a strong position to continue scaling.

What I’ve appreciated most is the support. There are live coaching calls almost every day, and even now, after building a successful business, I still attend because I’m always learning something new.

Mark, in particular, has been an incredible mentor. He’s always willing to look over deals, challenge my thinking when needed, and offer honest advice whenever I’ve had a wobble. He’s always there for me which I am very greatful for.

If you’re prepared to put the work in, I genuinely believe this course can change your business. It certainly changed mine. It’s given me knowledge, confidence, practical systems, ongoing support, and ultimately a business that has completely transformed my life.

Since my baby came along, I have started working towards a new goal to financial freedom while ensuring flexibility to be one of the priorities because I want to spend time with my family and be there whenever and wherever my son needs me, especially in his early childhood.

I found James, got inspired and determined that STR business would be my new journey that contributes to flexibility and financial freedom.

I faced so many challenges looking for my first property in Melbourne, but I didn’t take objection and rejection for an answer. Fortunately, Stacey, my coach, has been so helpful, supportive and compassionate about our journey. And… we got our 1st property with credits go to Stacey because she was also helping keeping an eye on opportunities for us from her side.

It’s been one week since the launch and we have received 15 bookings until December 2026. Although I am and my team is newbies in this journey, we are thrilled to finally kick start the new journey and cannot wait to unlock the next bigger milestone.

Wealthflo, James Murphy and his extensive team are an honest and very experienced team. The structure of the platform, the coaching and mentoring and the amount of experience and support they provide is incredible. The community and network of support that Wealthflo has created and the culture within this community is amazing. I highly recommend Wealthflo to anyone considering a business in STR or those looking to scale their business.

I initially started my journey with GPWN about three years ago, which has now moved across to 'Wealthflo'.
I have found the support and mentorship to be invaluable in building my Short Term Rental business. I'm up to 4 units now, and it's been really successful. I can genuinely say it's due to the advice I've received from doing this course and the clinics.

You need to find mentors who have been through all the pain that you don't need to.
Over the last three years, I think much of the advice I've been given has enabled me not to fall into many of the traps that other people have.

I joined WealthFlo in February after coming across James and Steph's videos and attending the free workshops a few times.

The opportunity to earn more income was definitely part of the attraction, but it wasn't the only reason I joined. I was looking for more freedom, flexibility and enjoyment in my work while building something I genuinely loved.

I had a background in Interior Design, 20 years of business ownership and experience running a successful airbnb in the Blue Mountains. What I was missing were the systems, processes and framework needed to scale those skills into something bigger.

Like most people, I did plenty of research before joining. What stood out to me was that James, Steph, the coaches and the wider community turned out to be exactly as they present themselves online. Genuine, down-to-earth people who genuinely care about helping others succeed.

Since joining, I've attended the coaching calls, worked through the training and gradually built the confidence to put the business model into practice. The biggest shift for me has been learning how to present myself professionally and confidently to agents and following the scripts provided until they become second nature.

In fact, I secured my first property today, which is a milestone I'm incredibly excited about. The moment I knew things were starting to work wasn't actually getting the property, it was receiving a call from an agent who was open to my business model and wanted to continue the conversation. That was the point where I realised the training and repetition were paying off.

A special mention to coaches Craig and Becs, who have both been knowledgeable, supportive and generous with their time throughout the process.

If you're considering WealthFlo, my experience has been simple: the people are real, the support is genuine, and if you're willing to do the work and back yourself, your life will start changing for the better.

They are GPWN, which has a lot of bad reviews.

And based on my experience, this company treated employees unfairly by leaving some unpaid after termination. I would advise others to do their own research before engaging with this company.

How could this couple provide good service if they don't even pay the people? Their services are poor, the courses are not worth paying.
