Misleading, Unprofessional – Do Not Buy!
Terrible experience from start…First, the size listed on their website was completely inaccurate — the item I received was much smaller than advertised and not true to standard sizing at all.
I returned my item exactly as instructed, only to have the parcel sent back to me because the seller said I have to pay the customs fee which is not mentioned in their original return process. I already paid for the delivery once and was never refunded in full.
To make matters worse, they’ve held my refund and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability and professionalism.
Strongly advise others to avoid buying from this seller!! If anything goes wrong, you may be stuck without your money or support! Don’t risk it!

The package has now been returned back to me (label says ‘rejected’), so I emailed them to explain and request my refund regardless and they say it was rejected because I haven’t paid the customs fee (there was no mention of this when I posted the item!) and that they can’t refund until the item has been returned. Complete scam! Now out of pocket for the cost of the bras plus postage. Do not use this company.😡

The tracking service emailed me saying package delivered. I contacted customer services telling them this and asking for my refund. They emailed back saying they would arrange this. Nearly 4 weeks later no refund and they no longer reply to any of my emails chasing the refund. Total scam. Now out of pocket for the cost of the bras £43 plus postage of £13. Do not use this company.😡😡😡

AVOID this business. A deceitful business with terrible customer service. As many other customers have also noted, sizing is completely off. I'm completely flat chested but their 32A sizing meant the band was so tight, I had no choice but to attempt to get a refund as they don't offer exchanges...This is where the issue lies. Having spent half the price of the bra alone to attempt a return from the UK, where I followed their instructions and sent my parcel tracked at the post office kiosk and with customs sticker and all, my parcel sat at costums in NL for 2 weeks, before it was returned to me just now...
Customer service appear kind on the off set, but then rinse their hand of the responsibility to help clear the parcel for you, so you can't get refunded unless the parcel is received. This is a SCAM. Then it occurred to me, they don't want you putting an email address on their parcels, to stop the Dutch customs contacting them. So I say make sure you absolutely do!! Their terms and conditions mention that they take no responsibility for customs fees, but having spoken to the UK postal service, usually a receiver should pay to clear a parcel from customs and charge the sender on return.
I'm not the only custumer to have this repeated issue and so it is not my issue alone. They do NOTHING to help. I'm now back to square one and back with 2 bras I no longer want! I gave '2 stars' as the quality wasn't terrible, but AVOID this absolutely terrible company with terrible understanding of customer service! A complete waste of my time and money!!

Came up very small from my UK measured size.
They don't offer exchanges, so have to return and repurchase. Fine except, they only accept tracked returns to their Netherlands Return address which is £12.70 from the UK.
Unfortunately will not be purchasing again to risk another size.
AVOID! Still not got my refund!
Bought the wrong size and was requested to cover the return costs back to Amsterdam where the package is being held at customer for over a month. This company also expects the customer to cover any duty charges which the proceed to hide deep in there T&C’s. Avoid buying from this company.

Bra fits as should as I used the size guide from site, if I order the size I normally do it would have come up far to small.
I do have a bit of push up, have to tighten the straps, before if I had done this I would be adjusting bra down all the time but these still stay put. No bra gap what so ever. Feel very comfy to wear. Quality looks good.
Delivery took a little longer then I thought it would but come within the 9 business days the site states.
Only issue I can see is that they only have 2 types of bra in 3 colours.

Avoid this company . The bra is completely the wrong size , the 34 is miles too tight and most definitely not a 34. I tried to send it back to be told it's an international shipping address, which is completely different to the address on the parcel when It arrived..so assuming someone was trying to scam me as there seems to be multiple companies with a similar name . I sent it to the address on the packet ,to be told it is not right and I will never get it back. So basically lost all my money and the cost of posting it back.. don't bother buying , you will be disappointed by the quality of the bra and the sizing is incorrect
This company is a drop-shipping scam
Adding to the chorus of poor reviews below: This company is a scam. They sent me weird-looking products that didn't match the listing size-wise. They didn't make clear that I was placing an international order in the order flow. They said their returns policy was easy (it's not!). And now my item is stuck in customs, after I paid out of pocket to return it. This is a drop-shipping scam and I'm annoyed I was tricked by it. That's the last time I'll buy something from a sponsored Instagram ad.
Sizing Was Off – So Was Their Service
Used their sizing guide, but the bra didn’t fit. I followed their return process exactly, including paying out of pocket for international tracked shipping (which they don’t refund). They confirmed receipt of the return over 3 weeks ago — still no refund, no update, and no urgency. Really poor experience. Avoid.

Poor quality and sized incorrectly, no refunds given
The products are cheap quality and sized completely wrong, the banding is wayyy too small!! I had to pay £12.70 almost half the price of the product to return to the Netherlands and the products which were stuck in customs and weeks later returned to me, the company will not refund my money. When I asked about the returns process, I was never informed that I would be expected to pay the customs charges, and now they have created an website with the policy stating this which did not exist at the time of my purchase. Extremely poor customer service. Avoid and save your time and money!

Poor quality products, not correctly sized. When asked for return label, they won't provide one. Sent an address which is in the Netherlands, therefore expense to return at my own cost.

Absolutely shocking customer service…
Absolutely shocking customer service and responsiveness. I ordered 2 bras 6 weeks ago, no email confirmation via Cherry after dispatch notice. I had to check my Shop app to find out that the item had supposedly been delivered. It has NOT, nor have I managed to get any satisfactory response out of Cherry customer services in the single email that they've bothered to respond to, that was 9 days ago. I was really looking forward to receiving these bras too, however as I have had no refund, no items and no satisfactory response. Do NOT BOTHER!!
Don't believe the adverts!
Wish I had not taken the risk! As other customers have said the sizing is completely wrong. The bra I ordered was 10 inches too small compared to the measurements advertised on their own guidelines. When I queried it they said it will stretch over time, but I can't even anywhere near do it up! Even when I tried it with an extender on the result was not flattering, just completely squashed my chest flat. So disappointed. Huge international shipping fees to return barely make it seem worth doing.

I ordered two bras from this company. The customer service has been extremely awful. They took days to get back to my email. And right now we are in a battle of back-and-forth of me trying to get these bras Returned for a refund. I would not order from this company. My experience with them was/is terrible.

Terrible returns experience
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but like others on here, I unfortunately fell into the trap of buying from Cherry after seeing an advert on instagram. When the sizing of the two bras I’d ordered was far too small, I had to return them to an address in the Netherlands (not made clear anywhere on their website, which I find highly misleading) and pay customs duties. For an order of £40, I have ended up having to pay £23 in returns/customs fees - an appalling customer experience and I would completely avoid this company in future.

Awful service waited 10 days to be delivered by which time we were already on holiday so delivered to the door step and stolen. Company is just making it impossible to get a resolution. It’s only £50 but not the point. AVOID!!
I ordered two bras
I ordered two bras. I’m a 34B after breastfeeding one child so my boobs are pretty droopy. The bras arrived and they’re “okay”. The sizing is small, 34 is like a small 32 band. The cups are full coverage, not a huge amount of padding so if I had a jumper on my chest would look a bit flat! Will be nice to wear with a cami vest top. I’ll keep them because of the shocking shipping to send back but will probably add a bra band expander just to bring the size closer to a 34 inch. Wouldn’t buy again, I think you can find anything pretty similar by just buying a full cup bra in your size. Admittedly though, they give no cup gaps like the advert said. You just end up with some back fat roll as the bands are so tight 😂
