I’ve been able to locate your account and have emailed you directly. I’m pleased to say your issue has been resolved, and I can see your withdrawal went through successfully, although I haven’t heard back from you yet.

Just to clarify, we hadn’t received any emails from you since 2024, which is why I asked if you could share a screenshot — that way we can investigate further and make sure nothing’s gone wrong on our side. You’re very welcome to get back to me if you’d still like us to look into that.
