Clear, efficient and straight forward
Buying a house in the middle of a pandemic was an interesting and sometimes challenging experience, but Katie and the team were brilliant - I felt like we were in safe hands all the way through. Extraordinary service
Clarity were recommended to me by my estate agent as he had found they were very easy to contact. This is the third time I have been through the conveyancing process and the service I received from Clarity was so much better to what I had previously experienced and exceeded my expectations. I trusted that they had by best interests as a priority, they got back to me in a timely manner, were patient with my questions and were tenacious when tracking down delays from other firms. I don’t tend to leave reviews but the service I received was so extraordinary I felt it warranted one. I would recommend them to anyone.

Janet at Clarity was superb
Janet at Clarity was superb. Given that we were stuck overseas during COVID whilst selling our house in the UK we were in particular need of someone who progressed everything swiftly but with an eye for detail (thank you, Janet, you were exceptional). Also, although it has been a while since we last sold a house, Clarity seemed remarkably good value in terms of fees compared to the last time we sold our house.

We were recommended Clarity for our house purchase for my family. I have been In the house moving Industry for years and I have never known of such a brilliant conveyancing service that clarity has given us. They respond to your calls and emails super quick, and we could not have asked for more. We did not get any quotes so could not tell you If they are cheap or expensive, but what I will say Is they are worth every single pound we spent. Cannot thank you enough and we wish you all the very best.
