One Good Thing (OGT) Bewertungen 

I was recommended OGT by a friend, as I'd moaned about struggling to open gels whilst on the bike as I nearly always have the gel leak over the bars and shifters...these work a treat, no wrappers, no fuss and even cycling through the rain they still held up!!! All the flavours I've tried so far have been great, small bites are recommended as they can take a while to munch through otherwise. Awesome product...

There was a “gremlin issue” I encountered. Ben was very helpful and responded promptly. Over and above the customer service. I really LOVE their bars, I was given a free sample at the London Marathon last year and I’ve subscribed to them ever since 🥰

These are great after using energy gels and ending up with sticky hands or pockets. The beeswax coating is unusual at first but the different flavours inside were all very pleasant. As a runner, they are a little difficult to eat on the run, as it would be for any solid food. If you can take small bites or stop for a few seconds they work well. I can see why they are ideal for cycling. I've got another mixed box on the way.

Met Daniel from OGT Snacks at the National Hill Climb Championships in Matlock and decided to give them a try. Ended up buying a box of 12 and I’m honestly so glad I did!

The Cherry Bakewell is my favourite so far – amazing flavour, not too sweet, and made with 100% natural ingredients. The edible beeswax coating is such a clever idea too – doesn’t collect pocket fluff and means there’s zero waste 🙌

I can see OGT quickly becoming my go-to snack, not just for cycling trips but also for runs, hikes and busy days when I need an energy boost on the go.

I had an issue with my order which was no one’s fault. So I emailed OGT for some help and they got back to me really quickly and sorted me out instantly! Usually with online companies it’s really difficult to reach a solution but a guy called Ben was on it! I am extremely happy with the customer care Ben provided and would order from this company again! 😁 10/10

Ordered two boxes only one arrived. Conveniently there was a link on OGT email taking me to the page to report a problem. I did so, Ben was immediately on the case and sent out a replacement box. Very happy with great service.

The product itself is great. The problem I have is orders being made without my knowing or say so. I had previously requested an order be cancelled, saying that I did not want repeat orders. However, I received an email late last night that another order had been placed.

Love the Bakewell flavour very convenient for having in your pocket

My 15 y/o daughter is a cyclist and loves these on long rides. So much easier having nothing to unwrap. But also nutritionally balanced, which helps keep her blood glucose levels stable (unlike gels…)

These bars taste great - that’s the first and, for me, the most important issue. The fact they have no wrappers makes them easy to consume whilst riding and the eco-friendly aspect is very welcome. Personal and excellent customer service when that’s required adds to a fully deserved 5* rating.

Product is super tasty, well packaged, the only question is how many can you eat within the subscription? I couldn’t keep up but these guys are a brill company. All power to their elbows .

Really pleased with the energy bars- great range of flavours and a welcome addition to my ride or run. As advertised you don't need water to wash them down which makes refuelling easy. What's more, I really like the site where it's simple to amend your order and frequency of deliveries plus fantastic after sales service from Ben in Customer Care- always at the end of an email and replies straightaway!

The customer service is just as good as the bars! Since the bars have no extra wrappers, they are easy to carry and faff free. They taste good too (the wax coating is noticeable but inoffensive). I had a few issues ordering which stemmed from me accidentally starting two subscriptions. The customer service was excellent, and the issues were sorted promptly.

I've just recieved the trial box; when the first one didn't arrive quite right due to Royal Mail OGT kindly sorted me out really promptly with no fuss. I'm really impressed with the bars I've tried so far too, a really clever idea and really tasty. My impression is they're a great company with great product.

I am really impressed by these one good thing bars which make powering through a long run really simple and easy. The size and macros are perfect and the wrapperless idea is a really cool feature. I had a small problem with one order and the customer care team were super responsive and helpful, getting back to me almost immediately even at the weekend and sorting it out straight away with a smile. All in all I was left with a very good feeling about this company and I will definitely order more.

These energy bars are excellent in that they are full of good ingredients, just need to be a bit less dry

Great that there are no wrappers to worry about, just out of your pocket and eat!!!
