Great company - excellent product. Our baby has been in them since day one

I'm honestly surprised with reviews on here, these nappies are amazing!

My son is a heavy wetter at night and no nappy would hold at all. These nappies are the only reason he's able to sleep through at night without being soaked. They're super soft, no other nappy I've come across has been as soft. (And I tried a lot of brands!)

We have had later deliveries.. but I'd wait cause it's worth it.

I gifted peachies for my niece because she used to wake up many times during nights. My sister is now full mode with peachies!

Thank you Peachies! We had a severe food intolerance with weeks long of poonamies and heartbreaking rash and you were the only nappy that got the rash under control.

I ordered my first order on 21/01 and it's still showing as not being collected by DPD. I ordered because I liked the idea of nappies being one thing taken off my to do list but now my to do list has grown because I'm having to chase my order and am not getting anywhere with the CS responses... At the moment I'm getting an automated "we're out of the office and will get back to you on Monday" response, but it is Monday, nearly the end of the day. Please help a confused and frustrated mum...

Brilliant product. Solved an issue we had with night time nappy changes - everyone is getting more sleep! We tried everything and Peachies solved the problem first time! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Very high quality product with convenient monthly delivery. Our maternity nurse said they are her favorite nappy.

Nappies are good but the nappies delivery is all over the place. It says express but can be waiting a week after payment, sometimes longer. I have cancelled my subscription as it’s really not worth the price specially with how they decieve you on their whatsapp chat with delivery date and kept saying it’s out for delivery while it wasn’t and always having to buy different ones it’s incredibly inconvenient. Will be opening a case for my most recent order as shock it hasn’t turned up.

Absolutely love this brand! Diapers are so premium and never had any issues with my daughter’s skin or leaking. The subscription is great and gives you peace of mind that you will always have enough on hand. Shipping is so quick and you can skip or delay a delivery if you need as well!

I am using Peachies for my second child, so I can truly compared. I used to have to change over night for pipi leak and this does not happen anymore.
None of the explosives poos have come out neither when my baby was younger.
I love the packaging too.

** edit ** I don’t want you to look into anything. It’s the same excuse every time and I’m not giving you anymore of my time. I told you I’d cancel my subscription and you didn’t fix the issue. The subscription was under my name, the same one used here. If you can’t locate it that’s on you and your system. I won’t be coming back so you can call it a day. Every review on here is the same so look internally at the issues as a whole.

Awful customer service, haven’t received the nappies in more than 2 weeks since I ordered and they send generic chat gpt long emails about how they are not sending the nappies yet, they don't know when this will happen but they also wont refund because they already printed a label? Basically a scam.

Shocking customer service!
Money taken on 1st and nappies supposed to be delivered same day but over 2 weeks later still no sign of them.
Customer service lead ‘Joyce’ doesn’t respond or acknowledge the issue. Completely useless and letting the company down. Supposed to be a premium service but ignores any contact!
Have asked for a refund multiple times and been ignored.
Absolutely shocking - avoid!

I have been waiting 3 weeks for the nappies. I had one email back from customer service saying they were being despatched that day and I should receive them imminently. It’s 10 days later and nothing. I have sent two emails chasing and no reply. They have had my money for 3 weeks and I still am none the wiser as to whether I’m going to receive the nappies or not. Thankfully I have a Kit and Kin subscription which is brilliantly reliable. I find it shocking that a company can take your money and ghost you for weeks, especially with a product like nappies, which is pretty fundamental. Parenting is stressful enough without having to chase rogue companies. Avoid and try Kit and Kin is my advice.

The nappies themselves are excellent (although very expensive), but the customer service is letting Peachies down. I placed an order 10 days ago and the money was taken from my account on the same day, but the nappies have still not arrived. Multiple emails to customer service have gone unanswered and so I’ve had to buy alternative nappies. A real shame as the nappies are great but you can’t rely on the subscription actually arriving when you need it.
