Writing this review in hopes to resolve my issue as the company has straight out stopped replying, as it seems to have done with other buyers.

Yes the company sells vintage clothes and says that items fall under a ‘used/vintage’ bracket, I suppose to cover their backs if an item is in poor condition, but it also states that returns can only be arranged if there are flaws not outlined in their description. The item I bought (some jeans with red and blue stitching across the front) was described before and after the purchase as ‘brand new’ by the company yet when they arrived, half the stitching had already started to come off the jeans and the front pocket stitching is also coming apart. I raised my concerns politely and the company said I just ‘didn’t like the jeans’.

It is an absolute sham to sell jeans as ‘brand new’ when they are in the condition they were when I received them, particularly for 70£. What is unforgivable is then pretending that your ‘used clothes’ umbrella covers you for this. I will not stop emailing you, but hopefully this is some incentive to reply to me.

Sent me the wrong item then expected ME to pay for the shipping back to them, chargeback is pending already towards them so nothing they can do now but lose money.

Their reply is complete lies I’ve emailed them three times the first time they’ve replied then they ignored me on the rest do not TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Calling this a waste of time when this is the only way to communicate to you as you don’t reply to the emails I sent you after you refused to send me a return label which should be provided by YOU as it is your mistake and not mine. Company is full of lying scum. Can’t believe you would lie directly to me and anyone reading this review.

Crap returns policy. Will not shop with them again, & I’ll tell all my friends & family not to also.

The item came and had a bit inside the shoe that was slightly broken and digging into the foot which was not stated in the description and on top of that, I wore them twice (not for vigorous activity) and then the whole front of the shoe began falling off. For £60 I expected better quality or at least a pre warning of the item not being 100% sturdy or having some defects. On top of all of this, their email doesn’t work so I cannot contact them to return the item or get a refund so that’s £60 wasted. Don’t waste your time on unreliable items and shop.

The coat was as described and the delivery was 4 days, the only thing i would add is ...contact with me to let me know they had got my order and tell me when it would be sent out and an expected delivery date expected, other than the lack of communication is my only point , the coat ive got is lovley , and good value for money
