I ordered a dress and matching coat from them. Ordered dark blue but on order they’d put the green so contacted them to change colour which they said they would. When it arrived they’d sent white and blue so totally wrong one. Also it was absolutely nothing like advertised, just a dress in one, no coat and the whole thing was dreadful. They’ve now offered me 7gb back whatever that is and it will be expensive to send back as it’s in China so it’s going straight in the bin. Absolutely disgusted with this item.
This company does not give a return address
I ordered bras they were too small asked for a refund as they were the largest cups they did ( you have to write in for return address) the lady I spoke to called Grace completely ignored the return address request and kept offering to send some more out. This company really don't won't to give you refund. I'd go as far as to say they are trained to ignore giving the return address it's why it's not on the site. In the end I agreed a bigger back size but they sent the same size avoid unless your prepared to lose your money.

I purchased 2 items that weren't suitable, and so contacted them via email to request the returns address/procedure. My emails were ignored until I contacted PayPal. After around 10 days, PayPal were contacted by the company, and I was advised to close my dispute with them and they would then refund me in full, but they didn't want the items returned (speaks volumes when they don't even want their goods back). Needless to say, I have not received my refund and they are still not responding to emails. 😡🤬 p.s. I have given them 1 star purely because I had to select something, otherwise I'd have given no stars.

God knows why I bought somthing off a dodgy site but I did, I ordered the ultimate bras and trust me there nothing like what you see on their site, the quality is awful and cheap, they don’t even fit evenly and the straps aren’t sown properly, please please don’t waste your money,,,, I have asked to return so let’s see if there care enough to help,,, if I had read their reviews first I would not have ordered from them 🤦♀️

Absolutely appalling for what they are advertising. I took a leap of faith in this company as they advertise support for bigger breasted women. They are cheap, awful material that do not such thing. I'm upset after spending money on something that does nothing at all.

Explain how a 12D will fit a 18D they say it will and there is no way it will sent a message and they will ghost you no reply even a week later. Bra sizes need to looked at closer as a size 10 clothes will never fit someone that is size 18 or even size 14. They say it stretches but it doesn’t. I will never buy anything ever again from here and I will tell everyone I know to not to either

Terrible Customer service - poor product design
I will never purchase from this store again. I purchased bras in my normal size and a style I wear regularly. When they arrived I tried them on and the cup doesn’t fit and the bra is awkward and uncomfortable. I contacted them to return the bras and discovered that they were a “final sale” and that they would not do anything to help. I then explained to them that the bras were in the original packaging with tags and have never been worn and I would be happy to return them for store credit or some other consideration as I am not in a financial position to spend money on unusable items. The customer service representatives refused to make any considerations. After several back and forth emails where I was kindly requesting help they remained solidly inflexible. I have never had a company be so inflexible when it comes to standing behind their products and the satisfaction of their customers. As a business owner myself I would never treat a customer in such a way. I will not do business with a company who would rather have a purchase under their belt than a satisfied customer. These bras are now sitting uselessly in a box in my home unused. So wasteful and disappointing.

I received my lively bra today, the palm lace busty, and it's like using a band-aid, doesn't support or lift in anyway at all,absolutely disappointed 😑 more at my self than the company, cause I fell for another bunk marketing scheme of a supposedly great bra!! Will never order from again, plus they make sure to add a slip telling you it is nonrefundable and to not return!!

buying a bra from the website is difficult and when I wanted to return, they do not accept returns. and also they charge me the shipping.
I have learned that I should not buy bra from the website with no acceptable return. quality is so so.

Poorly made product that the company doesn’t stand by
After purchasing 2 bras on a sale for $99 usually $99/bra. I liked the fit and have work them intermittently for approximately 6 months. A few weeks back I alerted customer service to the problem and requested a replacement. I received the following message:

Typically, items can begin to show signs of wear and tear depending on how often they are worn and washed.
To extend the life of your bras and undies, we recommend rotating them to give a break between wears, which will prolong their life and quality. If you're not already doing so, we also highly advise hand washing and never putting your items in the dryer, as machine washing and drying can exacerbate signs of wear, including damage.
After this length of time, if showing these signs of wear and tear, we do normally suggest replacing your items. Feel free to use code SAVE40 for 40% off your order.

You’re assuming that I’ve worn the bra everyday for 6 months and improperly caring for them. WOW! So not the case. Way to blame the customer for your crap product falling apart. Why would I spend another penny in their poorly made overpriced bras. Especially when they don’t stand by their product and blame the customer for their poorly made product. I’ve had bras for more than 10 years that the underwire hasn’t poked through.
