Horrible customer service. They say returns are easy and they are not!! Took 4 emails to contact them for a return request. They kept telling me they were backed up. Final after I sent an email saying I was going to write a review on how bad their C/S was they suddenly replied telling me that since I got 10% off as a first time buyer I could not return the item. Tags are intac and never worn. This is very expensive, Customer Service is horrible and I would never suggest anyone buy this. It runs very, very small. I ordered a medium and it was perfect for a 10 year old girl.

Easy to order and delivered as expected

Received my order a month after purchase and wasn't pleased with how short the shirts were and how thin the material was. I reached out for a refund and never got an answer. I sent an email every three days for a month without a response. Will never purchase again because of the none existent customer service.

I spent over $200 on 4 shirts and only got 1. I’ve sent 3 emails and haven’t heard back. Needless to say, this is surprisingly bad customer service. I thought this was a legitimate company.

These shirts are fantastic. It’s such a nice feeling to stay dry and comfortable. I was getting rashes in my underarms from sweat staying on my skin a lot. These shirts are a game changer for menopause! Thanks for making them!

Great product and excellent customer service.

I really love my Numi undershirts. I particularly love the cropped undershirts because they eliminate the added bulk of tucking in more than one shirt, and they are so soft. They’ve become an essential in my daily wardrobe. Also, great customer service when I had a sizing issue.

Only complaint is it took a while to receive my order. But — I was not in a hurry so no harm. However, I will factor that into future purchases.

Product works as expected and is great quality! The shirt is thin but well made so it doesn’t even feel like I’m wearing an extra shirt but I’m more confident I won’t have wet underarms during interactions at work.

I received what I ordered in minimal amount of time and the price was prefect!

Amazing, sustainable fabrics and comfortable clothing! I was able to wear the shorts to a ballet class and felt so free and light. The conscious-friendly materials are breathable and dry so quickly when working out. Definitely recommend!

Perfect under shirt, goes with everything. Right length

Never received the package. The tracking says that the item was still in their warehouse. Emailed the company after a month, they said they'll investigate it. Emailed again for follow-up, said the same thing. And another follow-up, they said that the shipping company emailed me for more information (haven't received any emails from shipping company!!). Emailed another follow-up, they said they'll investigate. Didn't hear anything from them, so I requested a refund. Their refund website is only for Canadian orders. Emailed them that I ordered outside Canada and never heard anything again from them. Take note I emailed follow-ups after that refund request every other day, and nothing. It's 2 months now since I ordered, and for 3 clothings. If I could give this company a 0 star, I would.. they're scammish.

Only complaint is that it didn't ship out as fast as I would have liked! Love the product! I wear Numi everyday to hide wet marks. I love it.

Great, please bring back the T shirts they were phenomenal

Product is a great concept however two pieces are quite short. I’m older and need a longer fit.
