Definitely use again
Website was easy to use, lots of offers, honest with best before dates, good reduced prices, selection of goods that I can't find in my local shops. Generally a really easy & good experience. To top it off my 2 cats & dog love everything I brought.

Brilliant selection of treats. My cat loves the little pops & has great delight in a few licks and then chewing the pops in half. Loves the stick treats too. Easy to order and have delivered.

My cat loves the Lick-e-Soup salmon…
My cat loves the Lick-e-Soup salmon taste but letley I was unable to buy it in any store:( I ordered online and within 2 day it was delivered;)
Milo ( the cat) is having anemia and has to take quite a lot medication and supplements. I crush the pills and pour the Lick-e-Soup on top and the bowl is empty every time!
I hope the Soup is not being discontinued?!
100% recommendation from Milo!!!

First class service and customer…
First class service and customer service. Ordered on line for my dog food and some of the items were damaged and the boxes. Contacted customer services, and they were on the ball and first class service, they sorted my issue promptly and quickly.
I will be ordering again as fantastic to have a company that looks after its customers, and the best customer service i have come across in a long while. Thank you for a great service you provide as much appreciated.
