It's my first Rodeo with building a website, I have been working with Steve and he has been very helpful. He patiently answered all my questions and guides me through processes as I need it.

Thank you for your assistance Steve, I appreciate you and your teams help.

My experience with Clark Jones has been short, but very satisfactory in completing my website. (It should be turned over to me in a couple of days.) Clark makes himself available to answer my questions or website issues. He does a good job in explaining options for optimum sales. And we will soon see how that goes and make adjustments as needed. I would recommend working with Clark Jones. Also, Clark is the first person that I did not feel rushed with.
Now, I'm going to review The company, Web Districts. I would give them a 3 star rating. This has been a very challenging and frustrating experience. I wonder how much of it was a cultural/language difference. Most of the members have been very patient and respectful, and I love that they have unlimited changes. However, they did not make the process clear. I felt we were all learning as we went along. Everyone seemed so rushed and spoke so quickly. I felt rushed on the phone. Here are my suggestions: 1. Let the project manager make spelling changes as they come up, when we are on the phone together. It took a tremendous amount of back and forth for either the manager to write down all the corrections or for me to type all of the corrections and email them to the manager. (there were SOOOO many corrections). 2.Be upfront that this web development process is "a la cart". Initially, they helped me select a website package that would best meet my small business needs. AND I was told that would be the only expense. But that was not true. This has been an "a la cart" experience. That was not stated clearly from the beginning. AND I was told that would be the last expense, after each additional expense. (check your phone recordings). Also, there are a couple of things that I initially asked for, that I did not receive.
1. A new business name. Since I was adding energy sessions to my website--not just selling jewelry. I thought a new name and logo was needed. (I have been using the same business name for 20 years.) They tried to design a logo for me, they did what I asked, but it did not look professional. I ended up going with something from a professional sight. The logo process took a long time).
2. I paid to have fliers made and I ended up designing it myself on Apple Pages. I sent that work to them, and I was told that they provide me with a link to have the brochures printed out in a professionally, elsewhere; at my own ADDITIONAL expense. That was not clear initially.
It took months for us to download all of my products. That was a VERY frustrating time. I worked countless hours on that process.
3. The shipping process was not made clear to me. I paid $477. to connect with USPS. When they connected me with USPS, the shipping fees were more than the product. UNexceptable. I was told to speak with USPS. USPS told me my small business did not require shipping fees. (you have to have a certain number of sales or a certain money amount in sales, annually). I feel WEB DISTRICTS should have made that clear to me, or should refund my money. Clark explained that this is not their fault or my fault. That they had to pay a third party to set this up. I thought I was paying them for their knowledge and service. That's all I can think of now. I found, Liam Paul. Kelvin James and Clark Jones, to be very helpful, patient and respectful. There needs to be clearer overview of the process, the options, costs and explanations.

I started a Notary business and needed a website to help build my services. I had a brief idea of what I wanted in my website, however, the first draft I received (which was the layout) was truly impressive. I worked with Steve mainly on the website and Arthur to help educate me on the domain aspect of it. I can honestly say I'm 100% pleased with the end results of my website and feel confident my website will receive high rankings now. They really did a great job for me and were very patient with all the questions/edits that needed to be made. Would recommend them!

Although we are just getting to know each other moving forward, I have been extremely pleased with the professionalism and efficient service that I have received so far from Shawn and Steve. I look forward to working with both of them in the future as we generate more business together for both our companies. Thank you!

I found this company one years back when I first signed up I was worried if I will be able to receive my project from this company or not however, and there have been time when I have given up on this project. But Rodney took initiative and completed my website according to my need.



Rodney being creative head of this company worked out with his team and took command of my project and delivered it on time, previously when I was working with another Account manager I suffered a lot getting this delivered but working with Rodney is really easy.



So if you are planning to place an order with this company make sure you provide them in-depth details about your project and give them time that’s all what they require to turn ideas into reality.

ALSO, ask for Rodney as he is the most sensible and knowledgeable person that you can find online.

These guys were very helpful in fulfilling my ecommerce website and Steve from client services was especially helpful with helping me coordinate with the marketing team.

Our company is happy with our new website. Web Districts listened to our wants and needs. The end result was great! Thank you Steve and Shawn for your help.

Although it was a rough start, Steve was able to help us and guide us through the website making process. They’re able to make a custom website to your liking and have a good team to help out with anything necessary.

Web Districts is not a good company. They utilize high pressure sales, poor customer service and refund policy, extremely poor service, and their products are sub-par. We paid over $1200 for a website, then were told that we need web hosting, which they provide for $2000 - $5000. We went somewhere else for hosting. When they showed us the website they "labored" over, it was a cookie-cutter website you could get from any legitimate hosting provider's theme list. Also, we could have had our hosting company setup the website for under $300. When we let them know that their services were not what we were expecting and requested a refund they stated we no longer qualified for one. They then proceeded to negotiate a refund at 10%; 20%; 30% - 50%. I told them that we required a full refund, if they did not issue it we would pursue them in whatever way practical, including BBB.com, the Attorney General, writing reviews, and even small claims court.
After we wrote a different review here on Trustpilot they called and said they would issue a full refund if we would take down the review. We received the refund. We have now taken down the original review and provided this different review which is much less negative. I think there are so few negative reviews here because so many others have been bought off. The public needs to know what kind of business this is. Don't tell them you will remove the poor review in negotiations, tell them you will use all of your other email addresses to write more poor reviews if they will not refund the policy. The longer it takes, the more permanent reviews will be posted. If they had better service they would get better reviews. That is how this is supposed to work.

I recommend looking into the amount of "Verified" 4 & 5 star reviews vs. 1 star reviews. The 1 star reviews are real customer experiences. They are verified because WebDistricts disputes with TrustPilot if the review is negative.

The previous reviews for this company must be paid and fake because my experience was terrible. For the record told them I would be leaving a bad review. Paid $1000 for an website. Took forever to get to see the website. Kept trying to up sell products. Asked for my money back and told me I waited too long. Project started in July. Asked for refund in August when project still wasn’t done. Pretty sure this is a scam site from India and they actually have no idea how to create a website. Everyone on site using fictional names. Did create a decent logo which I was willing to compromise a portion of the refund for. Out of desperation/exhaustion asked them to please finish the project and give me instructions so I could finish myself (imagine paying for something you have to finish yourself). Sent me instructions that I still cannot open. Asked for a refund again and told project finished at my request so no refund even though their website says 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please don’t waste your money like I did. Pretty sure an elementary school kid with Minecraft skills could do better.

It's been a joy to work with Chris Walke, Sr. Project Manager, on building my website. Webdistricts has kept the line of communications open for all needed changes requested and taken the time with prompt feedback to understand speciall requests. I especially appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of how things are being handled by the webdistricts team.
