We booked Webster's for a Level 2 survey for the bungalow we are buying. We were very happy with the whole process, from quote to report. They were informative and responsive throughout. The survey was booked quickly and was very thorough. With a number of red flags Stuart was kind enough to talk us through his comments and make some recommendations for next steps.
Really impressed with the survey produced by Stuart Boughey. He was recommended by a friend and I will be recommending him to all of my friends buying homes.

Websters and CF presented an excellent report on Roof Void valuation connected to a project to develop a top floor flat in a Victorian house.

Joss Dunham, carried out a thorough level 3 survey, found defects to roof via drone needing replacement which helped us renegotiate the purchase price to cover the cost!
Also, very helpful with a few phone calls to run through the report and answering questions re build over agreement, extension queries, etc! I would highly recommend him!

I had a great experience with Webster’s and Joss went above and beyond by having a phone call with me afterwards to walk me through what some of the more technical things meant and then sent me a list of recommendations. The report was also delivered quickly and had lots of photos and exactly the right level of detail.

My surveyor was Stuart Boughley. His report was very thorough and clear. He took time to address the list of specific issues I provided, and included lots of photos. We've used Websters to conduct a homebuyer survey for two properties and have been really impressed both times. From the initial quotation, paying and booking the survey, to the communication before and after the survey - they consistently exceed expectations and provide an excellent service. I have now used Websters on a few occasions and have received the same excellent service each time. Any time I have called up, I have typically spoken with Stacey, who has always been able to answer all of my questions or resolve any queries quickly and with a good sense of humour.

The surveys themselves are very thorough, but what really stands out is the time taken after getting back the report to talk through the findings. The time spent post-survey explaining points, discussing issues, and clarifying any questions I had was fantastic and gave me a proper understanding the situation.

Stuart, who conducted the survey, was extremely helpful. He took the time to really go through everything carefully, making sure I was comfortable with all the information and understood what my next steps were and what options were available to me.

Hopefully I won’t need to use them again for a while, but if I do, they will definitely be the people for the job.
