We have been ordering from Websticker for years now. Product always comes as anticipated, and even when we had an issue in the past, they were quick to make it right. Fulfillment of the postage on this order was very late (H05QTA0132531826).
Ordered 20th of October and never got until 28th, after being lied to, saying my order was delivered 26th (I had tracking proof to the contree).

Overall a great experience. Just going to say, you are not using heavy duty cartons strong enough to manage transportation on Magnet stock. We received damaged boxes on this order but not nearly as critical as last year's shipment which had losses. Product is breaking through the corner walls of cartons, not out the top or bottom. The carton itself is not designed for the weight it contains. Either use smaller cartons or double box so any breakage gets contained in the outer carton.

A real person reviewed my art and was even available by phone. I had a small order and was treated like I was big dog. I love that and I wish more companies took on this attitude ! You got my loyalty (pun intended)
