This was my first time contacting a business on line to sell my car and did not know what to expect. I spoke with Joshua in the Brook Park, OH location and made an appointment for an appraisal of my car. Joshua was great to work with. He inspected and test drove my car, presented the quote for purchasing my car along with his honest opinion of the mechanical and body issues he found during the inspection. At no time did I feel pressured to sell the car. We agreed on a price. I signed over the title and received payment on the spot. The whole process from start to finish took approximately one hour. I would highly recommend We Buy Any Car.

the ad says we buy any car USA but I couldn't get a code to verify my phone so I called and was told I'm out of there area, I live in Cleveland Ohio, I'm in the USA

Checks are not available for days. Mangers talk aggressively to u and want to continue to argue that issues are my fault. Bad experience from start to finish

It was fine. Would have liked more for the car but the reality was it just wasn't worth as much as we hoped. Joshua did the best he could price wise and was a good guy to work with.

Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. From my initial call to schedule an appointment to leaving with a check the process was very simple. Josh went over all needed paperwork and even reminded me about places to look in my vehicle to make sure no belongings were being left behind.

My experience was awesome from the phone call to the appt to the sale of the car. We buy any car was so helpful to me and my husband when we wanted to sell our Nissan Rogue and trade up to a newer model. I do recommend you make an appointment instead of just walking in. This will minimize the time you are waiting as appointments are priority. The whole process takes under an hour and the guys at we buy any car make it as easy as possible for you. We were helped by Josh and he was pleasant, helpful and really took care of us. He was able to get me a fair offer for my Nissan despite it being up there in age. I did not want to deal with private buyers or even worse the salesmen at dealerships, and I am glad I didn't because this method of selling my car was easy, convenient, and fair. I would recommend going to we buy any car because they seem honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I even left something behind in the car and Josh was kind enough to call me a few days later and let me know he would put it aside for me to pick up. I really appreciated that.
