We were contacted by George who explained the sale process very clearly. He answered our questions and kept us updated throughout the whole process. The inspection and collection were carried out by Keenan and Doug. They were made sure we understood what was happening. Very polite. Keenan walked us through the sale transaction. Everything you said you would do was done. Your staff were superb, helpful and courteous throughout the process which was both swift and professional. As I have said elsewhere I felt the valuation was on the low side even allowing for your costs and final sell on price. However there was no pressure at anytime for me to proceed. The quick transfer of the money and notification to the DVLA was tremendous. Thank you.

Friendly, efficient service
Telephone representative was friendly and helpful, and explained the process clearly. Also explained the reason for the offer made.
Representatives who came to assess and collect our vehicle arrived on time and were polite and friendly.
The money was in my account before they drove away.

Great Team from the offset with Olivia taking my initial enquery. Then calls from Jamie over the next couple of days to get the ball rolling with a price. Tim & Doug then collected the vehicle the following morning, including the payment straight in to my account.

Jamie was great to deal with when I approached the company looking to sell my van. He was efficient and responsive but didn't put pressure on me to sell at a particular price. very very low offer
very very low offer. offered 12k for a vw t6 fully converted with pop top, average these are selling for is 24k to 35k for similar spec.
crazy insulting offer, i guess they prey on people who are desperate to sell.
