We went on a Thursday evening which is their latest opening in the weekdays. It was calm and clean the whole shop. We were lucky to have Charlotte as our helper who made me feel confident and listened to.
They stocked my size in exactly what I was looking for and advised me on how I can alter the other parts I wanted.
There is so many dresses to choose from but not too overwhelming. Charlotte made me and my mum feel listened to and made us have fun with it all.

Staff were very helpful!
They were patient with us and nothing was too much trouble. There was no pressure to buy there and then which made it such a lovely experience!

From the moment I walked into the shop right through to saying “yes to the dress,” the experience was absolutely amazing. I had been worried that I wouldn’t find the one, but Maddi, my consultant, was fantastic. I showed her a few styles I liked, and I was so happy to be able to try them on.

I'd been following wed2b on social media for a while and there were several dresses that I liked.
So I visited the Shirley Store this week with my Mum, and I was really lucky to have Charlotte look after me. She was amazing! So kind, patient, but also really knowledgeable. She listened carefully to what i was looking for, and every single dress she showed me I loved. It was such a difficult decision, but made easier with Charlotte's help.
Charlotte, thank you for being so amazing, I found my dress thanks to you!

The team were so welcoming, helpful and made me feel at ease as well as special. Debbie helped me pick out my chosen dress. It met my vision and was beyond expectations. I knew the moment I had it on, and bought it, easiest decision so far (apart from saying yes to the Man, saying yes to the dress was just as easy and magical)
The store was clean and bright, well managed, good selection great designs and plenty of choice, variety and sizes.

Wow, where do I even begin? The service was beyond outstanding—it felt like pure magic from the moment I walked in. Maddie was absolutely phenomenal. She didn’t just help me, she got me—making me feel so special, so confident, and honestly the most attractive version of myself. She somehow knew exactly what I wanted before I did and made every little detail feel effortless.
And here’s the crazy part… it was the VERY FIRST dress I tried on. In the VERY FIRST shop I walked into. What are the chances?! It genuinely felt like the universe had already decided—this was the dress, and this was the place.
Still in shock, still obsessed, and I wouldn’t change a single second of the experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience shopping for my dream dress, visited the Shirley web2be store on 2 occasions and the staff where absolutely fantastic they were friendly, patient and so welcoming. I had the pleasure of having Debbie and Michala help me try on and find my dream dress. 100% recommend visiting this store if your wedding dress shopping

If you are nervous about looking for a dress then this is the perfect place to go!
Everyone was so friendly and inviting, I felt really relaxed and welcomed. The consultant Maddie had was really patient and listen to everything me and my entourage said. It was an amazing experience and I ended up leaving with the most beautiful dress!

It was made to feel so special from the moment I walked into the shop. Nothing was to much trouble. Michaela was amazing, she was warm and friendly and took her time to help me chose my dress. I am delighted with my purchase

Friendly and professional service from the minute I walked in the door. Michaela brought numerous dresses of different styles for me to try. Nothing was too much trouble. She listened to what I liked and gave honest feedback on how the dresses fitted. Highly recommend the wed2b team in Shirley.

at first all seemed ok, but when it came to pre purchase, it all went rush rush and wrong the second I said I loved the dress,
first problem was I asked about payments, whilst in said dress, I was unaware and not informed of a deposit scheme, which I think when it comes to such a large purchase, this info should be made completely clear to the buyer. especially if they ask about pricing! when I asked about payments, I was told well theyre off the peg and once gone they're gone and it happens quick, no mention they can hold the Dress for a deposit!
second, I said I didn't want an underskirt (a line dress) as I'm tall and will be wearing heels. I was still charged for it!
thirdly, the upselling was atrocious and very sly!, not once was I told id be charged for all the hangers and bags I didn't even ask for. originally I just wanted the dress and veil. id think and stupidly didn't ask if the bag and boxes were chargeable but paying over £1k you'd think theyd be free! but was ushered out the store without any itemisation and any talks or notifications of the prices, the receipt very swiftly put in an envelope. with all the extra added charges I was not told or asked for, which is against the law! now, upon realisation of all these add ons, I called the customer service number, told to email, I did, to be informed I won't get any of my money back, even for the stuff I was unaware of and the underskirt I said I didn't want! then I contact trading standards and they inform me its actually against the law to sell items and withhold that information from the buyer, first only offered exchange for the dress only and no refund for the accessories I did not ask for nor informed of, it was then they decided to offer my refund after a second emotional phone call, and being told what they've done was illegal!.
so you'd think that was the end of it, nooooo
we took it all back today. to be greeted with soon as doors opened, "we don't do refunds" no good morning or how can I help? we then proceed to say we have an email of authorisation, and then she proceeds to do the refund.... or so we thought, upon leaving the store and getting out the Rain into the car, shed only refunded some, so again walk back to the store and proceed to collect the remaining balance..... again so we thought, again she's left off £5.99 hanger, yes not much but still, we thought sod it wed had enough and drove the 50 mins home. all in all. Id not recommend Wed2b and this store in Shirley at all, id cried and so much I couldn't even look at the dress which was supposed to be a happy occasion ill now think of it in vain.
I think all retailers should be open and honest about added sales and hidden costs. would have saved my self a lot of driving and emotional distress its such an important purchase id of had more control over. they should go through the itemised bill at the end and get the customer to sign before they leave as the store as this im told is their policy, they did not do!

We tried on bridesmaid dresses at Shirley store. We had a choice of 5 styles and a range of colours. The lady who helped us was not very helpful and initially produced a dress in a different size to the one requested. Many of the dresses for trying on had broken zips and it wasn't possible for us all to try on a dress of the correct size.

Debbie was amazing! From the minute we walked in the door to when we left we had her full attention, she was so lovely and put me right at ease. I was nervous wedding shopping and she definitely brought my confidence out. I loved every minute of it and I couldn't thank Debbie more for such an enjoyable experience. Thank you!
