I came into Wed2Be nervous and unsure on what I would like, I was paired up with Imogen and can I say she was fantastic. She listened to my likes and dislikes and pushed me out of my comfort zone.

Trying on dresses can be so overwhelming but Imogen walked me through each process the parts that can be altered and added.

I felt heard and that Imogen was focusing on making my experience one of a kind

Today I went to Wed2be Leeds with my mum, sister and step mum. Because I had a baby in October, and I wanted to lose a bit of weight before going dress shopping, I knew I would have to get one off the peg due to our wedding being in August.
I had the absolute pleasure of Mary as my dress fitter and assistant.
I told her the dresses I had seen, the vibe I was after, and she was amazing. Very informative about each gown, the materials, the different fits and what each style complimented me in whatever way.
I felt so at ease, no pressure at all.
When it came to the veil, I automatically said no to one of them, but after convincing me to try it, it’s the one I left the store with!
I only tried on 4 dresses, with the option to try more if I wanted, but were torn between 2. Mary talked me through both again and it was an easy decision.
I cannot thank you for making what I thought would be quite a stressful situation, so relaxing and enjoyable!
I would recommend here for the lovely staff, service and attention to detail in what you have described you think you’re looking for.
In and out with a dress and accessories in 2.5 hours. Thank you again Mary, brilliant service xx

I recently said "yes to the dress" at Wed2b in Leeds, I had an amazing experience, CARLA assisted me and was so calm, even when I panicked! She listened to my opinions and stood back when I needed some time, she never pushed but was always there to help! Absolutely brilliant, couldn't have asked for better service 😊🙌

Imogen was super friendly and helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and brought out so many lovely options to which led me finding my dress! She took great care to make me feel comfortable and overall a lovely person.

Imogen was truly everything you could ever hope for in a wedding dress associate and more. From the moment we arrived, she was so warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable – she made me feel completely at ease straight away.

She was so patient throughout and never once made me feel rushed, but what really stood out was how genuinely invested she was in helping me find my dress. It didn’t feel like just another appointment to her – she cared, and you could feel that in every interaction.

She also went above and beyond to accommodate my mum, who has some additional requirements, handling everything so thoughtfully and naturally. It meant so much to both of us.

And then to top it all off, she even wrote me a little handwritten note with my purchase, which was such a special, personal touch. It completely sums up how polished and thoughtful she is.

Thanks to Imogen (and team), I found my dream dress, and the whole experience became such a special memory for us. It’s a day we will always remember. I honestly couldn’t recommend her more – she is 10/10.

With such a short time frame for me to find the perfect dress I was worried I’d left it too late to be shopping around wedding dress stores.
After firstly being warmly welcomed into the store by other members of staff I was then left in the very capable hands of Tilly, and what a lovely young lady she is. Helpful, easy to chat with and very friendly I certainly felt at ease.

I went to the store with my mum and future mother in law. It was a busy morning but nevertheless we was made to feel very welcome. We looked through the dresses while we waited and picked out some dresses I thought id like to try. Imogen was my consulant and was so lovely. When it came to trying dresses on Imogen listened to what I wanted to try and made me feel very comfortable. I tried on around 5 dresses each time Imogen asked me to rate the dress and asked what I loved and what I didnt like about each one. The last dress I tried on was a wildcard what Imogen pulled out and THAT WAS THE DRESS! It was overall an amazing experience. Thank you imogen for making it so lovely for us all

Good freindly staff in general n advice at hand

It was my first time ever trying wedding dresses on and it was such a relaxing atmosphere with a pleasant experience from all staff. Ruby was such a big help finding the right dress for and and really listened to the feedback I was giving to each dress. Thank you so much for making this a lovely experience.

We had a fantastic experience with Mary at Wed2b in Leeds. Sh was incredibly welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable. I wish every Bridal store had someone like her! The only downside was the wait time. I do wish appointments were allowed as the hour wait to try on dresses took up a chunk of the day.

I am the mother of a beautiful bride to be. Today we visited the Leeds branch and with the help of Mary my daughter chose a dress that was beyond her dreams. The whole experience was lovely, the shop was clean and beautifully set out, Mary was amazing, she had full knowledge of so many dresses and really took her time to make sure my daughter felt special. The other ladies also encouraged my daughter and really boosted her confidence.
We can’t thank Mary enough. We highly recommend Wed2B.

Today I’ve had the best experience ever at Wed2b Leeds. Mary was absolutely amazing with me, so professional and knowledgeable and most importantly she listened to every word I said, I couldn’t thank her enough for helping me to pick out my dream destination wedding dress for my August 2026 Mediterranean Cruise wedding, which I did say YES to. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed in what can be an overwhelming situation but not once did I feel overwhelmed. Nothing was rushed, she really took her time and made me feel so beautiful. This was only my second ever bridal dress shopping experience which I was extremely apprehensive about, the first time I ever tried on a wedding dress was last January it was a week or so after I got engaged. I was carrying a lot of extra weight back then and I’ve since lost 7 stone. What I saw looking back at me in the mirror last January felt like a horror movie. So to have had such a beautiful positive experience today where I felt truly beautiful was just lovely. All the ladies at the shop who I walked past me also told me how beautiful I looked and that my dress looked like it was made for me. My dress is beautifully made and needs literally no alterations other than perhaps the length. All the dresses I tried on were in perfect condition, no marks or frays. And because I had a slight bit of makeup on I was given a little face cover to wear to make sure all the dresses stay in perfect condition. I paid a small fee for the dress bag, hanger and box so my dress is securely packaged till the big day which in my opinion is so worth it. I also bought a beautiful bride robe that I can wear to get ready in on the big day.

I really can’t thank Mary enough and also the other ladies around the shop. I can’t wait till the day now! 5 months and counting.

Absolutely amazing experience from arriving. Staff were so friendly and helpful and Ruby was absolutely amazing found my perfect dress on the second one! Even after finding the one she still helped try others on just to make sure I was happy with my choice. I cannot thank her enough!

I thought finding my dress was going to be the most difficult part of wedding planning due to how indecisive I am. Imogen, was incredible. I went home with the first dress I tried on after trying multiple different styles and still going back to the first. Imogen was patient and kind - she asked how I felt about each dress before showing family and friends. When I started feeling overwhelmed, she let me take my time and didn’t pressure me. She really went above and beyond to help me find my perfect dress, by making me feel comfortable, listened to and advocated for. Thank you so much!

I went to wed2b in Leeds and had a lovely time. I love that you don't have to rely on appointments and considering I went on a busy Saturday did not have to wait too long. I was served by Mary, who was incredibly kind and lovely. She understood exactly what I was looking for and made great suggestions. She was very patient and even stayed open to finish helping me choose my dress after closing time. She shows true dedication to her work and never rushed me.
