Amazing experience all round and I said yes to the dress 🥰

I recently visited the Liverpool store
And was blown away by the fantastic friendly service from all of the lovely staff from start to finish but especially the lovely Abbie who was so kind patient and so helpful when helping me find my Dress I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better person to help my with such an important assignment (find the perfect dress) and she did
I’m so happy and grateful as I was so worried before hand that I wouldn’t be leaving the store with a dress that day but I’m glad to say I did. Thankyou again this was a great experience 🫶🏼

Karen made the visit so special and helped me with everything ultimately helping me to feel like a true bride xx

Had the best time! Julie was wonderful, came to wed2be liverpool because my sisters got there dresses from wed2be (leeds) very helpful, made me feel very comfortable, worked on a scale of 1-5 and would ask me what I liked and didn't, managed to narrow down to this dress I ended up buying. Highly recommend this store, staff very friendly and make you feel comfortable. You hear all different tales about wed2be like the extra charges but any can be removed. Nothing is forced.

I was very pleased with my try ons and my day overall.

I originally tried to book an appointment but sadly the store does not do appointments so when we got there we were told it was a wait and could be 2hours+. We scanned the QR code and went for a coffee while we waited once back at the store told we were next we continued to sit and wait for a further at least 30 minutes after having been taken round to the trying on rooms whilst people who appeared to come in after us got seen to first. We watched as the assistants were excited to show the groups their brides in their dresses they were trying on. Sadly after the wait the assistant we got was not exactly the best she showed interest by asking questions but when answering what she’d asked it looked like she was not listening or interested in what we had to say anymore. Once I started trying on the dresses the lack of interest felt like it continued not feeling too excited by her. After I had tried on a few it was obvious she was becoming frustrated with me and the fact I was not feeling 100% on any dress yet the frustration was getting more clear and the excitement of the day felt like it was dulled by this.

Really good experience explained what style wedding dress I was looking for and the lovely assistant matched my needs instantly I tried it on and it was the one the first dress I have tried and gone for it straight away thank you

After getting my dress from here couple weeks ago and had second thoughts I went back and changed it the staff that day where lovely HOWEVER
I went in with my daughter and hubby to be to look for her a dress as she’s also getting married and the lady who served me first time blurted out the colour of my dress I had chosen in front of my hubby to be to say I’m devastated is an understatement and not happy at all very unprofessional

I had a wonderful experience at Wed 2 be, Liverpool.

It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere, with beautiful gowns, and very experienced knowledgable staff.

Millie helped me pick my perfect dress, and honestly, she was absolutely brilliant. I had a read a lot of brilliant reviews about Millie’s service online before I went, so I was thrilled when she was there helping me.

Nothing was too much trouble for Millie. I had chose a dress at another dress shop too, and I was torn between two dresses. Millie asked me what I felt nicer in, the dress at the other shop or the one at wed to be, she said it’s whatever you feel the best in. This made me feel like there was no pushing to buy, it was all on my terms.
She was so patient and gave great advise.

Thank you Wed 2 be for helping me find my perfect dress, I’m so excited for my big day now! ❤️

My experience at Wed2B been spectacular! The staff were lovely and made me feel so comfortable trying on wedding dresses. My consultant Marg was amazing, she listened to my preferences and gave me helpful recommendations on accessories. Marg packaged my dress, veil and accessories in beautiful boxes, and took delicate care. I highly recommend Wed2B and Marg to future brides.

Liverpool store. All staff were lovely and welcoming, once I had gone through my requirements, they totally understood the assignments and got it spot on, I honestly did not think I was going to purchase a dress that day but walked out with "the one" an hour later, only tried on 2 and it was a hard choice to decide as they were both pretty perfect. The staff were really good at their job......happy (older bride!)customer 😊👍❤️.

The team made me feel so welcome & nothing was too much trouble. They make you feel at ease. There is a brilliant selection of high quality dresses. There was no pressure from the team to purchase at all I did purchase my dream dress for my wedding in Cyprus & I already can’t wait to wear it again.

Donna was just perfect, she really looked after us. I was so happy to be walking away the same day with my amazing dress.

The lady looking after us was lovely! I got everything I needed to look after my dress and came out with exactly what I wanted.

I went to the Liverpool store on Saturday 28th of March and from the minute I walked in all the ladies were helpful, I was assigned Margie who not only made me feel so welcomed and comfortable but she helped me pick my dream dress from the the minute I put it on a I new it was the one, honestly I can’t thank her enough. I also had a look at brides maid dresses and I’ve found my dresses for closer to the time, she put the dress next to mine and helped me choose the colour to compliment my dress! Thank you Margie you are a dream to the team xx

I recently purchased my wedding dress from Wed2be in Liverpool.
It was a lovely experience, no booking required and I could bring as many people as I liked so it already felt nice and laid back.
Julie was absolutely amazing and really listened to me and my preferences, she was so knowledgeable and she knew exactly what would suit me. She was so patient with me as I must of tried around 6 dresses before I found the one.
Absolutely amazed at the quality of dress and service provided for the price charged!! I was also provided with an extensive list of seamstresses to get the required alterations which I’ve already booked.
You get so much value for money in Wed2Be - 10/10!!!
